Mr Robinson was able to explain in layman’s terms everything I needed to know about the replacement boiler and replied promptly to all my emails. His workers contacted me on the morning of my appointment to let me know when they would be arriving. Adam and his apprentice were very polite, tidied up any mess made and also ensured that they always closed my gate on their trips to the van, to stop my dogs getting out. The work was carried out 1 week after Mr Robinson called to give me the quote, and this figure was the amount I paid.

Ideal boiler replaced our old dated baxi Steve's team lead by Adam did a very efficient and speedy job when fitting the boiler and fully cleaned up everything including taking away the old boiler and fittings after themselves. We needed a new combi boiler to replace our broken one. Steve was quick to respond by phoning on a Sunday morning. I told him my problem and he arranged an estimate on Monday. I contacted Steve on Tuesday lunchtime asking him to do the boiler and it was booked in for the next day. Our old boiler finally gave up the ghost and we found ourselves needing to look for a new one. We had friendly, professional and fast service from the off, the various options and products were given and we felt very confident in the knowledge, expertise and advice given. Fitting was prompt the following day, price very good (we had shopped around and researched) and we felt the fitting was thorough and professional. All communications have been friendly and in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend!

We contracted with Robinson plumbing to install some very nice designer radiators. The guys who turned up were extremely courteous and respectful.
