Mr Robinson was able to explain in layman’s terms everything I needed to know about the replacement boiler and replied promptly to all my emails. His workers contacted me on the morning of my appointment to let me know when they would be arriving. Adam and his apprentice were very polite, tidied up any mess made and also ensured that they always closed my gate on their trips to the van, to stop my dogs getting out. The work was carried out 1 week after Mr Robinson called to give me the quote, and this figure was the amount I paid.

Ideal boiler replaced our old dated baxi Steve's team lead by Adam did a very efficient and speedy job when fitting the boiler and fully cleaned up everything including taking away the old boiler and fittings after themselves. Highly recommended, Steve was very precise and efficient in communications and documentation receipts, followed up with call to Steve as requested @ end of Oct for our 1st service Steve booked us in 4 days later excellent service and boiler found all working perfectly highly recommended Rob Boldon

We needed a new combi boiler to replace our broken one. Steve was quick to respond by phoning on a Sunday morning. I told him my problem and he arranged an estimate on Monday. I contacted Steve on Tuesday lunchtime asking him to do the boiler and it was booked in for the next day. The two tradesmen that turned up were polite and friendly, very good at the job they do, and explained all I needed to know

Our old boiler finally gave up the ghost and we found ourselves needing to look for a new one. We had friendly, professional and fast service from the off, the various options and products were given and we felt very confident in the knowledge, expertise and advice given. Fitting was prompt the following day, price very good (we had shopped around and researched) and we felt the fitting was thorough and professional. All communications have been friendly and in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend!

We contracted with Robinson plumbing to install some very nice designer radiators. The guys who turned up were extremely courteous and respectful. The job was completed ahead of schedule and the house was left as tidy and clean as it was when they started. I couldn’t recommend this company more highly. Thank you for a great job.

From the initial telephone call which was answered 1st time, Steve gave me a couple of possible dates and times straight away and we booked one in. Steve and his team do an excellent job and I would recommend their services to anyone. I've had a new boiler installed, feeds for new radiators, a boiler service and can't fault their workmanship or prices at all. They are punctual, tidy and keep you informed all through the job. Steve even came across at late notice to sort out an issue that our gas supplier had made and sorted it out for us within an hour to ensure we had our boiler back online. Would definitely recommend their services.

I had done my own research into boilers and found Steve's details on the Worcester-Bosch accredited installers list. I contacted him about replacing an ailing boiler with a new W-B and he provided me with a quote within days; I contacted others on this list but am still waiting for their quotes. I checked online and his quote was competitive. We agreed an installation date within a week and the work was done quickly (within one day). The engineers did a thorough job of tidying after themselves and in most rooms you could not tell that they had been in. I would like to say a big thank you to Steve and his team for their work.

When our boiler stopped working, contacted Steve and he arranged to visit within a couple of days but actually arrived the very next day - squeezing us in between appointments. Quick confirmation that the boiler was no longer working and arranged a replacement within 24 hours. Quick and efficient service. having found favourable reviews online I asked Steve to quote me for a new boiler. He was concise and unbiased on boiler brands and their performance, but he left it us to decide which one we would opt for. His price was very competitive and offered a prompt installation date. A team of three arrived and had the whole job done and dusted by 1:00. The new boiler is very efficient, lots of heat, quiet and is saving us money. I have no hesitation in recommending Steve Robinson.
