Had a combi boiler fitted yesterday by a great friendly team, who arrived on time and got on with the job. When they left it was as if they hadn't been, everything left clean and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend Steve and his team. Thanks.

We had a new boiler installed just before lockdown. Steve offered a first class,professional service and we found the price very reasonable too. We have recently had our fire serviced.Steve found the fire to have been poorly fitted originally when we purchased it from a fire merchant. We are in the throws of chasing this up now with the original installer. Steve offers a very genuine service and we would highly recommend his work.

Chose Steve Robinson as part of three recommended quotes by Boilerguide to install a new Combi boiler - nothing wrong with the old Ideal except that it was 17 years old with parts no longer readily available should it have ever failed. We decided that, rather than a radiator check/flush prior to installation of the new Combi, we would prefer a Powerflush to ensure any major deposits were flushed out of the radiators as this operation had never been carried out in all the time we had been in the house (39 years). The Powerflush took 6 hours the first day and the Combi was installed in 5 hours on the second day. Both operations were efficient and courteous with minimum disruptions to the household and the Certification and Warranty were received within 36 hours. Great service and very good competitive price which we had no hesitation in accepting. Recommended.

Had a new boiler fitted by Steve's team, very straight forward, great work and price (also a very good price quoted for annual service). Then asked him to look at a problem with our shower, turned into a complicated affair due to how the shower had been fitted (by a different trader) and different sizes of pipe fitments etc. Long story short - lots and lots of time and effort spent trying to put things right and all for a very reasonable price. Happy customers here. Robinson Heating and Plumbing went above and beyond!

I had a new boiler installed and had excellent service from the initial visit through to it being fitted. Steve was very helpful and his staff who installed it were prompt, polite and got the job done in a few hours. I had a new combi boiler fitted by Steve who was recomended by a friend. Steve's work was excellent, he installed the boiler, took the old one away and left the place clean and tidy. I was told by Steve that I have manufacturers 10 year part and labour warrenty as long as I keep the boiler serviced every year. Steve didn't say he must carry out the service, instead he said as long as I get it serviced by a qualified engieer the warrently will be valid. The boiler after almost two years started to make funny noises, I called Steve who suggested to ring the manufacturers help line who will arrange to send their own engineer to check and repair the boiler, however, when I called helpline, I didn't get much help from them so I called Steve. Steve was extremely helpful, he asked me to leave it with him, he contacted the helpline and got them to ring me to arrange an appointment. I was gob smacked as I never had any tradesman provide this kind of aftercare/service. Steve could easly have brushed his hands off it but to my pleasant surprise he not only arranged the engineer to come out but his text message to me was, and I qoute ''You're my customer mate and I'll see you right''. This goes to show how much he cares for his customers. Steve has won me over for life and I will go out of my way to recomend him as a trusted tradesman and a true gentleman. Thankyou Steve.

Recently moved into a new house and needed a new boiler installed and moved. I was recommended Steve by a friend and called him for a quote. He came out the same day and quoted me a good price straight away. He was able to complete the work the next week. The boiler was not originally moved to exactly where I wanted it, however on contacting Steve, he arranged for this to be rectified within a few days without any problems. He also offered a free first service when needed next year for the misunderstanding. His team are polite and did a great job. Steve was easy to contact, knowledgeable and friendly and confirmed my quote quickly by email. All communication and work was to a high standard. Our boiler stopped on Friday 31/5. We contacted Steve Robinson. He quoted on Monday 3/6 - his quote was £600 cheaper and was fitted and working by Thursday 6th June. Staff polite and efficient but Steve went the extra mile to help us manage our payment in the most efficient way

I call Steve as I had to complete my gas annual inspection of the boiler and gas hob. Even it was late his response was immediate and manage to find a slot on his busy schedule to accommodate my request. He was punctual on time and price agreed at the beginning. He done the job properly and left the property in the same condition as before. Highly recommended for his professionalism.

We had a combi installed after our aging back boiler packed in. After the installation on the first evening of switching on the central heating only the downstairs radiators were working. However, on return from holiday, Steve contacted me and we talked through the problems we had and as a result he made a very generous compensatory offer which I consider an example of genuine concern for good customer service.

Old boiler started leaking last July. Steve came straight out and we had a new boiler fitted within 2 days. Since then we have had a few issues with our condenser pipe which was nothing to do with the new boiler however Steve has gone out of his way to ensure our problem was fixed. Steve was contacted on a Thursday as boiler had died, we had neither hot water or heating. He shuffled commitments to fit a Worcester Bosch combi boiler on the Friday. The whole experience was both professional and also competitive from a financial perspective. Steve and his team were excellent and I would highly recommend.
