Had a boiler issue in a property I rent out and was stuck in Yorkshire with no car. Called Steve and he was very busy but luckily he managed to make a spare hour to go and collect my spare keys and then go fix and then drop the keys back off, all while I was away on holiday! Thanks again Steve!

Steve came in about 1 hour after I phoned him on Friday, after discussing my needs he gave me an excellent price for a new boiler and it was fitted on the Monday. He is prompt and courteous and along with his fantastic team made a great job of replacing my boiler. I have no hesitation in recommending him and will certainly be using him again. Our boiler broke and we had no hot water but Robinson's Heating called out the same day I called and came back to the next day to fix the issue. They came out of hours and charged a very reasonable fee.

I first hired Robinson Heating & Plumbing when my boiler was broken and another plumber had charged for several failed attempts to fix. Steve identified the possible problem then did several tests to confirm. He sorted out the most economical option for me and followed up after the job was complete. I'm a single female and have been ripped off in the past, Steve is the tradesman I wish I had known about years ago. I was so impressed with his service that when the bath sprung a leak I didn't hesitate to contact him. He responded quickly to isolate the leak to avoid further damage and returned not long after to complete the work. 100% satisfied.
