Mr Robinson was able to explain in layman’s terms everything I needed to know about the replacement boiler and replied promptly to all my emails. His workers contacted me on the morning of my appointment to let me know when they would be arriving. Adam and his apprentice were very polite, tidied up any mess made and also ensured that they always closed my gate on their trips to the van, to stop my dogs getting out. The work was carried out 1 week after Mr Robinson called to give me the quote, and this figure was the amount I paid.

Steve fitted the boiler last year and had its first service today. I don’t know what Steve could do to offer a better service than he already does. Prompt reliable good price work done to a good standard and always available for any after sales questions.

Excellent service from Robinson Heating & Plumbing. I needed an old boiler replaced. An appointment was made with Steve to visit my property and view the job. He arrived on time and recommended suitable boilers and prepared quotations for each boiler. A boiler and price was agreed. Communications were excellent throughout. Prior to the install date, several text messages passed each way to organise the chemical flush being put in the system prior to decommissioning of the old boiler. On the date of install Steve texted me confirming the arrival time. He and John arrived promptly. They got on with the job and within 6 hours, I had a fully commissioned new boiler. They cleaned up the workspace and Steve clearly explained the programming on the boiler and the room thermostat controller for the heating system. I will be using this company for my annual boiler maintenance and any other plumbing issues I may have. Can't praise these guys enough.

I called Steve initially to fix a leak on my boiler as my usual heating engineer was on holiday. Steve was able to come quite quickly and was totally up front about the likely cost. The job was completely on time and on budget. Steve is personable, professional, and is eager to ensure the job is completed to the customers satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to family and friends.

Steve came to repair a radiator. He was polite and honest from the start that he may not be able to repair the radiator however, radiator was repaired. Steve was clean and tidy when carrying out the repair. He didn’t leave any mess. I have booked him in again to come back and do some more work on my boiler and for regular boiler servicing.

Steve serviced the boiler and two gas fires for my very elderly parents (aged 91 and 93) both of whom are hard of hearing. He did a great job servicing the fires and boiler and was very punctual. He took great care to explain things to my parents and they felt very safe and comfortable with him. I would definitely recommend him and hopefully he will see them again next year. Thanks Steve.
