We had a new boiler installed just before lockdown. Steve offered a first class,professional service and we found the price very reasonable too. We have recently had our fire serviced.Steve found the fire to have been poorly fitted originally when we purchased it from a fire merchant. We are in the throws of chasing this up now with the original installer. Steve offers a very genuine service and we would highly recommend his work.

having found favourable reviews online I asked Steve to quote me for a new boiler. He was concise and unbiased on boiler brands and their performance, but he left it us to decide which one we would opt for. His price was very competitive and offered a prompt installation date. A team of three arrived and had the whole job done and dusted by 1:00. The new boiler is very efficient, lots of heat, quiet and is saving us money. I have no hesitation in recommending Steve Robinson.

When our boiler stopped working, contacted Steve and he arranged to visit within a couple of days but actually arrived the very next day - squeezing us in between appointments. Quick confirmation that the boiler was no longer working and arranged a replacement within 24 hours. Quick and efficient service. When we had a slight issue with the warranty, Steve resolved quickly to our complete satisfaction. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I had done my own research into boilers and found Steve's details on the Worcester-Bosch accredited installers list. I contacted him about replacing an ailing boiler with a new W-B and he provided me with a quote within days; I contacted others on this list but am still waiting for their quotes. I checked online and his quote was competitive. We agreed an installation date within a week and the work was done quickly (within one day). The engineers did a thorough job of tidying after themselves and in most rooms you could not tell that they had been in. I would like to say a big thank you to Steve and his team for their work.

Steve and his team do an excellent job and I would recommend their services to anyone. I've had a new boiler installed, feeds for new radiators, a boiler service and can't fault their workmanship or prices at all. They are punctual, tidy and keep you informed all through the job. Steve even came across at late notice to sort out an issue that our gas supplier had made and sorted it out for us within an hour to ensure we had our boiler back online. Would definitely recommend their services.

From the initial telephone call which was answered 1st time, Steve gave me a couple of possible dates and times straight away and we booked one in. We contracted with Robinson plumbing to install some very nice designer radiators. The guys who turned up were extremely courteous and respectful. The job was completed ahead of schedule and the house was left as tidy and clean as it was when they started. I couldn’t recommend this company more highly. Thank you for a great job.

Our old boiler finally gave up the ghost and we found ourselves needing to look for a new one. We had friendly, professional and fast service from the off, the various options and products were given and we felt very confident in the knowledge, expertise and advice given. Fitting was prompt the following day, price very good (we had shopped around and researched) and we felt the fitting was thorough and professional. Ideal boiler replaced our old dated baxi Steve's team lead by Adam did a very efficient and speedy job when fitting the boiler and fully cleaned up everything including taking away the old boiler and fittings after themselves.
