Communication is excellent / reliability is excellent / they went above and beyond by identifying extra problems with the roof - but did not charge extra for the work -- this is a mark of a real business that offers truly excellent customer service :)

I contacted Matt around 11am on Christmas Eve as I noticed a ridge tile had become loose and had slipped about halfway down the roof. Matt asked me to send pictures and he said Carl would be round in about 30 minutes. Carl arrived within 30 minutes and quickly got to work to reattach the ridge tile. Carl also checked the other ridge tiles and recommended further action. Carl took pictures of the work he had completed to show me. Excellent service, especially on Christmas Eve to put my mind of rest over the Christmas period.

This is about the third or fourth time I have used Roofbusters. From start to finish it’s always been an efficient and polite service from Matthew. They are there when they say they will be and carry out all the work to a very high standard. This is the only company I will use for any roofing work I may require. Recommended to my neighbour who also spoke very highly of his experience and the work completed.

I have used matt before and contacted him when I noticed the bay window was leaking when it was raining. He came out, took pictures and explained the work he needed to do. It is so hard to find a tradesman that you can trust, especially a roofer. 100% reliable and trustworthy. The reviews speak for themselves.

RoofBusters were the second roofing company we asked to quote us for a leak in the main bedroom of our house. This was after we were very sceptical about our first quote from a different company. The first company told me I needed my roof completely re-done and they bad mouthed a company who had done it only 48 months before which had now gone bust. The first quote was for just over £6,000 and they had provided photographs and quite a convincing picture, although something didn't feel right. RoofBusters came out and took photos and a lot of time to explain all the issues in detail and what was required to fix it. I did ask a lot of questions as I wanted to try and understand it clearly. Once I felt I understood the issue properly and asked for a quote for the work, I was absolutely astounded at a quote for £150. Yes, you read that right. Over £5850 cheaper than my first quote. I double checked and again spoke with Matthew asking lots of questions and seeking re-assurance as I couldn't wrap my head around the difference in cost. Once re-assured I booked the work with RoofBusters and within 3 weeks the work was completed on Friday the 11th of November 2024, the day before the storms hit the UK. For over a month now we have had so much rain, that I have been waiting to see if any leaks, wet patches or dampness would reappear in the main bedroom. It is now the 15th of December and pleased to report, the current weather hasn't penetrated into our bedroom. Job done.

I have no words to explain what an amazing group of guys Roofbusters really are! They have done the most amazing job of our roof and I couldn’t be happier with the result! They showed up on time if not early, and were just a pleasure to have working on our house. Kept everywhere super clean and tidy (even though I told them not to worry about the mess). Matthew was so accommodating and went above and beyond for us as we had a few problems regarding solar panels that was nothing to do with him, but he did everything he could to help. 1000% recommend! You’d be a fool to go anywhere else!!

Leaking roof required repair, looked for a Which? Trusted Trader and hence contacted Matt at Roof Busters. Matt attended promptly to survey the roof. He willingly and patiently answered all my questions regarding the potential options open to me i.e. partial roof stripback/repair of the felt underlay or complete new roof plus waterproof/breathable membrane. Matt also diligently advised on the roof tile options i.e. major or plus size roof tiles etc. Matt's quote was almost half the price cheaper compared with another (non Which?) trader who had previously verbally quoted me for the same job. On the Friday scaffolding was erected, all materials and skip delivered. Monday 8.00 am roofers began working. Wednesday 2.30 pm new roof completed. Thursday scaffolding and skip removed. Matt was on site each day Monday through Wednesday to work/supervise the works being completed along with his four other roofers who were all great to interact with. Communication was good throughout, any challenges that arose in the process were dealt with promptly and efficiently by Matt. I have waited a few months to write this review only in order to thoroughly test their workmanship against the weather. As a result I would use Roof Busters again.

Turned up on time, gave us options for repair, clearly explained. Detailed quote arrived the next day. Answered questions on the work promptly. Gave the best price. As the leaks were quite bad, they made a point of fitting the job in quickly. Did a neat job. Have had heavy rain since and no water dripping into buckets -thank goodness!
