This is about the third or fourth time I have used Roofbusters. From start to finish it’s always been an efficient and polite service from Matthew. They are there when they say they will be and carry out all the work to a very high standard. This is the only company I will use for any roofing work I may require. Recommended to my neighbour who also spoke very highly of his experience and the work completed.

I have used matt before and contacted him when I noticed the bay window was leaking when it was raining. He came out, took pictures and explained the work he needed to do. It is so hard to find a tradesman that you can trust, especially a roofer. 100% reliable and trustworthy. The reviews speak for themselves.

RoofBusters were the second roofing company we asked to quote us for a leak in the main bedroom of our house. This was after we were very sceptical about our first quote from a different company. The first company told me I needed my roof completely re-done and they bad mouthed a company who had done it only 48 months before which had now gone bust. The first quote was for just over £6,000 and they had provided photographs and quite a convincing picture, although something didn't feel right. RoofBusters came out and took photos and a lot of time to explain all the issues in detail and what was required to fix it. I did ask a lot of questions as I wanted to try and understand it clearly. Once I felt I understood the issue properly and asked for a quote for the work, I was absolutely astounded at a quote for £150. Yes, you read that right. Over £5850 cheaper than my first quote. I double checked and again spoke with Matthew asking lots of questions and seeking re-assurance as I couldn't wrap my head around the difference in cost. Once re-assured I booked the work with RoofBusters and within 3 weeks the work was completed on Friday the 11th of November 2024, the day before the storms hit the UK. For over a month now we have had so much rain, that I have been waiting to see if any leaks, wet patches or dampness would reappear in the main bedroom. It is now the 15th of December and pleased to report, the current weather hasn't penetrated into our bedroom. Job done.

I have no words to explain what an amazing group of guys Roofbusters really are! They have done the most amazing job of our roof and I couldn’t be happier with the result! They showed up on time if not early, and were just a pleasure to have working on our house. Kept everywhere super clean and tidy (even though I told them not to worry about the mess). Matthew was so accommodating and went above and beyond for us as we had a few problems regarding solar panels that was nothing to do with him, but he did everything he could to help. 1000% recommend! You’d be a fool to go anywhere else!!

Leaking roof required repair, looked for a Which? Trusted Trader and hence contacted Matt at Roof Busters. Matt attended promptly to survey the roof. He willingly and patiently answered all my questions regarding the potential options open to me i.e. partial roof stripback/repair of the felt underlay or complete new roof plus waterproof/breathable membrane. Matt also diligently advised on the roof tile options i.e. major or plus size roof tiles etc. Matt's quote was almost half the price cheaper compared with another (non Which?) trader who had previously verbally quoted me for the same job. On the Friday scaffolding was erected, all materials and skip delivered. Monday 8.00 am roofers began working. Wednesday 2.30 pm new roof completed. Thursday scaffolding and skip removed. Matt was on site each day Monday through Wednesday to work/supervise the works being completed along with his four other roofers who were all great to interact with. Communication was good throughout, any challenges that arose in the process were dealt with promptly and efficiently by Matt. I have waited a few months to write this review only in order to thoroughly test their workmanship against the weather. As a result I would use Roof Busters again.

Turned up on time, gave us options for repair, clearly explained. Detailed quote arrived the next day. Answered questions on the work promptly. Gave the best price. As the leaks were quite bad, they made a point of fitting the job in quickly. Did a neat job. Have had heavy rain since and no water dripping into buckets -thank goodness!

Our soffits were crumbling on one side of the house, and we called Roof Busters about replacing them and our guttering. Matt spotted there was a leak from below our chimney causing the crumbling, and pointed out our gutters were fine and they would clean them. They arrived on time on the agreed date and had finished the whole job by mid-afternoon. Matt showed us photos of the before and after situations. We were impressed by the speed and professionalism of the team. Some rendering had come away on the outside wall as a result of the leak, for which we hired a separate company, and they did their bit the next day, while the scaffolding was up. This was finished by Friday evening, and on Monday Matt arranged the removal of the scaffolding. The job had involved working from our neighbours land, and we'd like to stress how much we appreciated the consideration and tidiness of Matt and his team.

After having a RICS survey of our purchase property which highlighted some areas of concern related to the roof, we enlisted the help of Matthew to do a complete roof inspection to assess any urgent work required. Matthew came across very warm and friendly, communicated well throughout, carried out the assessment in good time and reported back in full. Fortunately, the roof is in great condition so nothing needs to be addressed imminently, however, should we need any work doing after our move, we wouldn't hesitate to choose Matthew to carry it out. Great service!

I contacted Matt (Operations Manager) following a recommendation from a neighbour for a quote to replace fascia boards and soffits and fitting dry verges to the gable ends. Matt arrived at 7.45 the following morning and explained precisely what the work involved and gave a very competitive quote. He and his team arrived early on the appointed day and immediately started working. They were friendly and professional throughout and completed on time. I was very pleased with the quality of materials and workmanship and would definitely use them again in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing similar work completed.

Friendly and professional, did a lovely job lead lining side of roof and replacing tiles. Would certainly recommend and use again.

Roofbusters came to fit some fascia board on the apex of our property last week. What a fantastic job they did, the lads were polite, clean & tidy in their work and did a superb job, not to mention at an exceptional price. What a huge difference it makes to the look of the house. Matthew and his team responded swiftly to my call to repair my house roof. The join of dormer window to roof line had hosted sparrows over the spring and after the chicks had fledged Roofbusters made good the defect with lead work and mortar. Matthew even did a spot of painting on a patch I couldn’t reach from the ladder!

Couldn't have been happier with the experience. Matt came out promptly to come have a look, and after e-mail exchanges we were given a quote that we were more than happy with. When the work commenced, the team were all polite and respectful as well accommodating to our requests (we have a lot of dogs so gate couldn't be open all of the time). The work had then been completed effectively and to a high standard!

Matt and team were recommended by a friend. Prompt quote and arrangement of work. Delayed by one day due to British 'summer' but this was communicated with notice. Matt and his team were prompt, polite ,and very hard working.Updates were given regularly on the progress of the job. At the end of each day every thing was cleaned up and left tidy.Very happy with cost and service. Would highly recommend,and use again .

I wanted a rubber roof to replace the old felt one as they have a much longer life. Could communicate well on WhatsApp as well as phone, which I like. Easy to deal with. Competitive quote. Very polite and courteous. Turned up on time. Worked very hard. Did a good job. Left everything tidy when finished. Would recommend and I would use again in the future.

Fantastic and quick work from Roofbusters. Phoned up on bank holiday weekend due to leak from the soil pipe vent. Came over Tuesday morning to diagnose the issue which took no time at all. Was quoted £95 for the work which included extending the lead. Work was carried out on the Thursday and took no time at all. Pleasant experience 10/10 would reccomend!

Matt and his team were courteous, prompt and hardworking. Matt provided a detailed quote for a new roof and started work on the date he specified. The team's communication was superb, and it was great to have daily updates about the work being carried out. The roof looks great! I had a leak from under my roof for months now every time it rained. I contacted Matthew who was recommended by my sister who had her roof done by his firm.They did a great job.First class. He came early this morning as promised and fixed the problem Its been raining today and no leak Thank you so much Matthew you are amazing and so glad it’s fixed. Matt and his team arrived on time, they were courteous and efficient with minimum disruption to my neighbours and myself and tidied up afterwards. They’ve done an excellent job and I’m extremely happy with the results.

We were purchasing a house and needed further investigation after a property survey highlighted damp from a possible leaking roof. Roof busters arrived and gave a thorough inspection inside and out and reassured us all was in good order.

Roof busters made a really nice job of putting a new rubber roof onto our garage. They got the job done very efficiently and tidied up after themselves very well. There price was also much better than the other quotes I had received for the work. I have already recommended them to my next door neighbour.

Great communication and great service, would highly recommend this company. Minor delays due to weather but they did thee best to get me back in without any delay
