Roofcare installed a new roof on our house. Whenever work needs doing on your home it is stressful. As someone with no knowledge of building, I wanted the assurance that the job would be of good quality. Roofcare were professional from start to finish. On initial viewing we were consulted as to the options available. Once the work was underway staff were at the property on time, polite throughout and always willing to discuss the job. On completion the company were always pleasant to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing this type of work doing. I have never left a review for anyone previously, but in this case really wanted to do so!

The work involved re-leading and replacing the outer cladding of my dormer bathroom window. Apart from a brief delay due to illness it was done on time. Both the scaffolding and the work was done in-house by a friendly, supportive team. They showed me precisely what they were doing as the work progressed. They left the site clear and the job has been complemented by neighbours and crucially.... no leaks!

Having had a series of leaks with the roof of our home over the last winter I looked at the roof with a view to doing a repair but when I removed a couple of tiles it was obvious that my DIY efforts would not be sufficient to sort out the problem as I could see that the roof felt was rotten throughout (Bungalow erected early 1970’s). We decided that we needed a full roof replacement and so we contacted a few local repairers and settled on Roofcare. A surveyor came from the company and a quotation was supplied which we thought was fair and within our budget. We agreed to go ahead. As the company did not require any deposit we were very impressed, together with the fact that they did not require any payment until we were fully satisfied with the work, for which they would give a twenty year guarantee. Scaffolding was erected , and on 4 August ten men arrived and began work on the roof. These men were very polite and hardworking and cleared all the rubbish away at the end of the day. The following day 5 August, they returned early and amazingly by 4 pm had completely finished and replaced the completed the roof. A totally impressive professional job. We were contacted at all stages and the times given were precise and were kept. There were no problems with the work and I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone wanting a professional project executed to a very high standard and so quickly. The project was on budget as quoted, with no extras to pay for.

Very efficient service, kept me informed and clearly laid out quote and bill. Work needed scaffolding and care was taken to erect it with minimal impact on plants etc which I appreciated. I have not had this company do work on the house before, but I would certainly approach them again.

I don't often leave reviews but I wanted to leave one for Roofcare Yorkshire Ltd. as they really were exceptional. From my initial contact with them over the phone to the completion of the job everyone was a pleasure to deal with. The team who installed the roof couldn't have been better. They were totally professional as well as being easy to get along with. There was no radio blasting out like you can get with some tradesmen and no shouting or use of bad language. They were a pleasure to have working on the property. Their work was carried out to an extremely high standard and the price was very reasonable. We are intending to have more roofing work done in the future and I will have no hesitation in using them again. I totally recommend them to anyone requiring a good honest roofing job doing.

Fitting of new dry verge trim and new ridge tiles. Quote delivered promptly and job done to agreed quoted cost. Excellent communication from beginning to end, kept fully informed. Easy to contact with any queries. One great service Is that the company has their own scaffolding which is erected the morning work commences and is taken down immediately the work is completed. Marvellous. They arrived promptly and completed the work efficiently. Afterwards the area was left clean and tidy, all rubbish was removed. I would be happy to recommend this company.

From the initial enquiry to the work being completed, Roofccare offer a quick and speedy service, from the first phone call, the visit from the surveyor, to the work being carried out. Highly satisfied with the standard of work. Will recommend and use them again if need be.

I called Roofcare Yorkshire after our house was damaged by Eunice back in Feb 22. They came really quickly to give a quote, and would have completed the work promptloy were it not for my having to argue with our insurance company (Admiral btw) which meant that work didn't get started until July. It turned out to be be way more complicated than we had thought, but every single person who was involved, scaffolders, roofers, as well as head office, were without excepetion nice people, kind, polite and efficient. I decided to take advantage of the scaffolding to have the house painted, and Roofcare cdould not have been more helpful, even erecting further scaffolding. They always let me know when they were coming, and always did turn up. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, having dealt with a few cowboys in my time. Just brilliant!

We were worried about taking this work on initially but was impressed with contact with the company so decided to go ahead. The roof and chimney repairs were completed on time and carried out very professionally. All the contact with the company during the work was excellent and our initial fears were put to bed. We would strongly recommend the company to anyone who needs their roof repairing..Prices are very fair and we now will not be fearful of problems with the roof when the bad weather returns..

I needed my ridge tiles replacing asap as my house was going on sale. Roofcare Yorkshire Ltd came out, assessed the work and I received a quotation within 2 days. As I needed a speedy job Craig rearranged their work schedule to fit the job in before my photographer came to take pictures of the property. From start to finish the customer care was excellent and I received a first class, friendly, professional service. The workmanship was completed to a very high standard and I would have no hesitation in recommending Roofcare Yorkshire Ltd to family and friends.

The scaffolders turned up at time stated and got on with the job quickly and efficiently. The following day the roofers came and worked very hard to get the job done in the one day. As roofers finished at other jobs they came to assist on ours. Every single man that came was friendly and polite getting on with the work efficiently. The completed job looked exceptional and all waste materials were cleared up and taken away. The following day the scaffolders came and removed the scaffolding. We were kept abreast of what was happening by both the men working and the office at all times.

Roof Ltd were very quick to ring me after I asked for a quote on my leaking roof and next day came to look and photograph the problem area and explained what needed fixing...….the lead valleys around my bay window area. A written quote arrived the following day. Once I contacted Craig to ask for them to go ahead with the work he leased with me giving me dates when scaffolding would be put up and when work men would come. It was all done in a prompt, timely manner. The work men were here when they said they would be. They were polite and courteous and got straight on with the work. They kept me informed about everything. New lead valleys, refitting and renewing slates as required, renewing ridge tiles. Once finished everything was left clean and tidy, I had no mess to clear up. The work has a 10 year guarantee and as I have used this company before I am confident in the company. The price was reasonable for the work needed. I am very happy with the company and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a leak in our roof and called Roofcare as we had a flyer through our letterbox. Someone came out promptly, took photographs of the area where the problem was to show us, and found the lead flashing in one of the gulleys needed replacing, along with some tiles which had to be removed to access the work. As they were very busy a temporary but secure repair was carried out and hey arrived two weeks after to do the work. Once on the roof it was evident that further work was needed, to replace rotting felt and battens, cause by years of the problem being undetected.. This was all done promptly but unfortunately due to replacement ridge tiles being hard to source from various reclamation yards it was not possible to completely finish the work for a few weeks, although the area was made water tight with lead flashing. When the tiles were eventually sourced they were fitted promptly. No work is invoiced until the customer is completely satisfied and then a phone all is received to see if all is ok and if the invoice can be sent. Very efficient and friendly workmen, all debris removed from site and everything tidied up before leaving, also at my request looked at the remainder of the roof and took photos to reassure us that everything else was ok. There is a ten year guarantee with all work.
