After a very poor experience with a different Which? Trusted Trader, who had the gall to later blame me for his non-interest and non-communication to my query (Which? review available online), I contacted Roofgard and the difference was night and day. Once I got up on the scaffolding to roof level, the condition of the roof on my semi-detached Victorian townhouse was much worse than I knew and it needed complete replacement, which was a tremendous shock to me but much to their credit, it was news they clearly didn’t enjoy passing on to me, either. From the start, Richard and his team tackled the roof replacement with complete professionalism and great attention to detail. Communications were first-class and timely, and I was never in doubt as to what was happening. Although a couple of inevitable unexpected minor issues came up, they explained and involved me in the process and kept to their original quotation price without compromising on the quality of their workmanship, which was extremely high. All the workers were hard-working, polite and friendly. As the job went on, I was more and more pleased I had chosen Roofgard and the finished product was top notch. I thoroughly recommend them and send my thanks to Richard, Wayne, Carl, Alan, Pete and all the rest of the crew who did such a wonderful job.
