Had Roofwise back again after doin another flat roof for me, this time renew my garage roof. A big job for the two lads, but they cracked on with it and completed a first class job once again. Very happy with the results.

I invited Roofwise to advise me on the best options for improving the performance and extending the life of a large garage flat roof (6m x 6m). I stressed that I wanted to extend the life as much as possible whilst keeping the costs down. The surveyor was extremely helpful and discussed with me various options along with pros and cons. I did not feel at any time that I was being steered towards a particular option and felt that the surveyor understood my needs and gave appropriate recommendations. When I received the quote it was almost half the price of another quote I had received for a similar job. I went with Roofwise and can say that the lads who came to do the job were courteous and efficient. They also acted upon my requests to position the facia joints here I wanted them for best asthetics (eg in the centre on the front facia). The only slight negative is that there was no confirmation of what time the team would arrive and they arrived mid to late morning (this was not an issue for me as I was at home rather than heading off to work). Overall, from my experience, I would have no problem recommending Roofwise to others.

My roof had been repaired and initially looked ok. On closer inspection I detected some issues and needed someone to look specifically at the chimney. Having been let down Roofwise came to the rescue. They didn't soft soap the job and gave good options. Once the work was agreed they worked to a god timetable and were efficient. You can trust these guys.

Roofwise submitted a competitive quote to remove an asbestos garage roof and replace with current modern materials. They commenced work on an agreed date, their fitters working two complete days tidying at the end of each day. They were polite and very professional completing an excellent job. Your Surveyor made a careful, thorough survey of what needed doing and then explained to me what the problems were and how you would remedy them. A detailed estimate followed a couple of days later. The work started on the agreed date with the workmen knowing exactly what they had to do and everything went to plan. They were polite, hardworking and left everything tidy. From my first contact with the lady in the office I felt that Roofwise had my best interests at heart. The visit for the estimate was arranged and the appointment kept to time, after accepting the quote we only had to wait a short time before work was carried out. We were very pleased with the work and the pleasant men who carried it out. The site was left clean and tidy with no sign work had been done. I would certainly recommend Roofwise to any friends or churches I have contact with.

During the storm just before Christmas water was dripping into my lounge from the light fitting. Next day I looked to find out how it had got in. There were no obvious places. I called on Roofwise who sent Darren. He saw that some of the ridge tiles were loose and a split in the flashing. A few days later his quotation arrived. I rang on Monday morning with one or two queries and agreed Roofwise should carry out the work. They came Monday afternoon, took off all the ridge tile, cleaned and replace them, replaced a broken one with one they happened to have in the van, repaired the flashing and cleaned up the debris. The work was done well by a very polite and respectful team. Likewise the office staff proved polite and willing to please. All this work was done at a time which suited me. I am very impressed on every count. A good job done at a fair price.

After some bad experiences with shoddy builders and roofers, I finally across Roofwise. They did a great job and the lads they sent were awesome. They used quality products and gave a good price for the quality, got the job done good and quick, well worth the money and will be using them again for part 2.

Experiencing intermittent leaking roof. Roofwise were quick to be on site after initial enquiry. An examination revealed likely sources of the problem with photos taken to show and to verify diagnosis - which was very helpful. Comprehensive, professional, paperwork with a competitive quote was received very quickly and a mutually agreed time was fixed for the job to be done. Indeed, as an afterthought I asked if a stretch of guttering could be done while on site. This extra work was met with ready agreement - and at no extra charge. Communications between Roofwise and myself were excellent. The work was carried out extremely efficiently by two very pleasant chaps, showing competence, care and consideration. I can recommend Roofwise without hesitation or reservation. I, personally, will not consider anyone else for roof-related work in the future .

Brilliant people from the lady in the office to the guys that do the work. They replaced my pitched roof and my flat roofs. They worked hard and I am very pleased with the results. I would recommend Roofwise to my friends and family.
