Pat very kindly fitted my flat in after work and on weekends after other scheduled jobs. He did an excellent job painting my bathroom, bedroom, and part of my lounge. He was knowledgeable and personable, and I would not hesitate to employ Pat again.

Since a few years ago I found Pat on this website I've had Pat done a few jobs for us already. The recent one in January/February was the 4th time in these few years. Pat is a very good and polite communicator, he is clean and tidy, he plans ahead his work, organize the room, protect the flooring and anything in the room before getting into the pre-painting and painting work. His painting job is professional and perfect. We became friends over these few years. I have no reservation to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and good decorator!

This is the second time we have used Pat and we couldn't be any happier with the work he's done for us. He previously painted walls and woodwork, including window frames, and has now lovingly restored a very old and neglected Victorian front door, which now looks like new while retaining its original charm. I recently hired Pat to repair a severely water damaged bathroom ceiling, from start to finish he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Pat is a really nice guy, he is reliable, very organized and trustworthy, he also does a great job. I supplied the paint, but as I have a bad back, Pat was kind enough to come and collect the paint from me and take it to the job. Before choosing Pat, I received multiple quotes from other tradesmen, but Pat was the only one who actually went and inspected the job before putting in a quote, while all the other tradesmen just quoted using photos that I sent them. As Pat properly inspected the job and clearly had a good understanding of the work required, I felt that his quote would be the most accurate, his quote was clear and there were no surprises or hidden cost. Pat's communication and organizational skills were great from start to finish, he also complected the job in the exact time frame that he said he would. I highly recommend Pat for any of your painting and decorating needs.

Pat was able to visit the flat shortly after I had contacted him. He advised me on what work would need to be done before he could start the decoration work and connected me with several trades people (who have all done a very good job), which was really helpful for me as a first time buyer. Pat communicates clearly, is very friendly and has done an outstanding job with the decoration of my flat, delivering an excellent finish. Specifically, Pat has repainted the complete apartment, including woodwork and radiators. Many parts in the apartment were not in a good condition before Pat started his work, but Pat invested a lot of time and patience until he received a perfect finish. He even corrected issues that I did not expect him to work on, for example he sanded down the cupboard doors so that they would close properly again. Furthermore, he cleaned the apartment everyday in the evening, which was really appreciated, as I already lived in the apartment. Pat finished the work as quoted. I am very happy with the result of his work and highly recommend Pat. I would hire him again if I need any decoration work done.

Great service from Pat from start to finish. Painted three very tall window frames (13ft) and other painting works. Pat is reliable and skilled. Great communication and completes the job as quoted and to a very high standard.
