First time we had used them after being let down by normal contractor. They arrived at stated date and time, boiler service was carried out in a friendly and efficient manner to our satisfaction at a competitive price. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Rosendale's reacted quickly to undertake 1st fix working around our builder and then again were very prompt at fitting the radiator once plastering complete. Pressurised cylinder in loft had burst, water everywhere and our usual plumber wasn’t qualified to sort this particular problem but recommended Alec. He responded to our call immediately, came out the same day to see things for himself, restored cold water so we weren’t completely without and ordered a new cylinder. Came back a couple of days later when the cylinder had arrived, job done! Excellent communication throughout via WhatsApp, came to the house when he said he would and cleared up well - very happy to recommend.

Rossendales arrived when they said they would and carried out the installation of the new boiler and are returning on 12th to fit the wireless thermostats. I have no complaints at all about the workmanship. Ourselves and our neighbours have been using Rossendales for several years and are happy with the work they carry out. .

Contacted Rosendales to help us with an issue replacing our shower head. They gave me a date and time they would come and have a look and were prompt on arrival. The chap who attended listened to us and understood what needed to be done. He got on with the job efficiently and effectively the job was completed without fuss or mess. The chap was attentive and made sure we were happy with the job done and yes we were. We would certainly recommend this company and will use them for all our plumbing needs.

Using Alec at Rosendales really has been a great experience. I met Alec a couple of weeks ago at my property and we discussed the plumbing issues we were having and the options for a new boiler and hot water tank that would all be moved into the loft. He explained everything to me that made sense and when we received our quote the same day it was within our budget and with the option of 0% finance it was an easy decision to make. Work was booked in for 2 weeks later and the team turned up on time as stated and worked very professionally and tidy in the house over 2 days without a single issue. We now have a great heating and hot water system and for the first time in 3 years since moving the house constant hot powerful water that does run out/go cold or sound like a plane taking off with the pumps! This is not the first time I have used Rosendale Plumbing. He has always been very helpful. On this occasion Alex and his team came to replace nine radiators in our home together with a pump to ensure better flow for the heating. He was quick and very tidy and all radiators were completed within the day. The system was checked and he and the team were polite and helpful. I can highly recommend him.

Rosendales did a Gas Certification as required by the local authority as we are hosting a Ukrainian family. At the same time we asked for the boiler to be serviced. Work was completed quickly and well within budget.

I needed a comprehensive check on all aspects of the heating and plumbing at a property I was selling. And then I required this check to be followed by a report that I could provide to my buyers. Rosendale's firstly highlighted some items that needed maintenance if a positive report was to be issued. This was very helpful. And then an early date was agreed for the maintenance to be done. And Rosendale's duly did all the work necessary on that date. And then shortly after this a comprehensive report was issued that would satisfy any potential buyer. So as you can see, I have been totally satisfied by Rosendale's professionalism, quality of work and charges. Alec and Tom fitted our new boiler previously and they are always courteous and professional. We had our boiler serviced and some new taps fitted, very quick and tidy. Highly recommended.

Rosendales quoted and carried out a full heating system replacement in Bishop's Stortford for me- new boiler, water tank, radiators, pipework, two zone heating system with smart thermostats and removal of the old one pipe system plus relocation of the system to the loft of the property. The quote from Rosendales was great value and Alec was always responsive on email and phone. Some other traders (even some on which trusted traders) tried to take advantage of the fact that I was looking to get the work done quickly and gave unreasonably expensive quotes for the same work, but NOT Rosendales, who clearly value honesty, long term business and their reputation! The work was completed within 4 working days as originally promised. Alec was there every day supervising his team of engineers and was hands on with the job which is great to see and filled me with confidence. I got a progress update with photos at the end of every day and nothing was too much trouble. Alec and team also disposed of the entire old system (including the not as valuable radiators alongside the more lucrative copper). I definitely made the right decision using Rosendales and they now have a customer for life. If you're looking for plumbing or heating work, you should definitely give Rosendales a call.

Had problems of loosing pressure on my heating system. No visible signs of leak. Small leak in the system at my stepson's. At this time the problems have been sorted.
