Alec and Tom installed a new boiler and unvented cylinder to replace our aging and broken combi boiler, and also installed a new radiator. Right from the start they were very professional and courteous during the work, being respectful to our property by putting down protective floor coverings and tidying up where they worked. The installation was very quick and we were up and running with hot water within a day (the total work took around 2 1/2 days). Alec was always very happy to answer the many questions I had on the installation, boiler, etc. We've been very pleased with the work/new boiler and would definitely recommend to other people.

Tom from Rosendales did a great job removing, replacing, fitting and testing our new bedroom radiator. Costing as expected. Tom arrived on time and completed the job without any problems. Radiator was tested and worked. Tom took the old radiator away and left our premises clean and tidy. Would highly recommend Rosendales heating. They also installed our new combi boiler to the same high standard. Will definitely use them again.

Alec and Tom installed a new WB combi boiler at our Saffron Walden address. Our old boiler had ground to a halt leaving us with no heating or hot water just before the bank holiday weekend. Alec came round promptly, offered us very helpful advice about possible options including repair and provided quotes for the different boilers suitable for our house. The work and the service were excellent.

I contacted Alec at Rosendales plumbing because radiators were heating up even though only the hot water was switched on. Alec knew that the problem would be the Honeywell valve and this would need replacing. Alec fitted us in the next week and also serviced the boiler at our request. Everything was completed quickly and efficiently and for a very reasonable cost. We would recommend him highly.

Alec and Tom fitted me in to the diary at short notice to replace a faulty boiler. Communication before the visit was excellent, and all my questions answered. When the day came, they were with me exactly when stated, and set to work. The work was completed in good time, and to a very high standard. The area around the boiler was left very clean and tidy. There is nothing for me to do! Excellent service, very accommodating and reasonably priced.

Visited to look at the job - kindly sorting out both problems on the spot
I found Rosendales through recommendation and finally got around to asking for a quote to fix a tap and shower. The tap had been an irritant since it was installed, with poor flow and often no flow at all. Mr Rosendale visited when agreed - email contact and response was quick. With Covid regulations still in force he wore a facemask and kept a good distance. He checked out both problems and advised that no work needed doing beyond cleaning out the tap spout, which he did on the spot. He checked the piping, shower and gave advice, explaining why there was a problem. We were really impressed and pleased not to have to have any work done. Based on this experience and other recommendations from local people this firm would be our first choice to deal with future problems.

From the initial quote to completing the work both Alec and Tom were professional, punctual and extremely helpful. They kept me up do date with everything they did and managed to complete the work a day earlier than expected. I have used many plumbing services over the years but have to say they were easily the best. I couldn't fault them at all, highly recommended and I will have no hesitation calling upon their services in the future!

I have had a selection of plumbing jobs outstanding for some time. I finally managed to find Rosendales Plumbing who responded to my phone message and arranged to come to me a few days later. Tom was on time - he was very friendly and worked quietly and efficiently. He wore a protective face mask and kept his distance all the time he was indoors. He took less time than I expected and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Good service and quality workmanship - well pleased.

I found Rosendales Heating & Plumbing under a list of recommended installers on the Worcester Bosch web page. Alec got in touch with me very promptly and came around within an hour of his phone call to provide an estimate. I was impressed with his knowledge and straight forward manner. I agreed to accept his quote for replacing my old gas central heating boiler. The work included installing a filter and flushing the system through. The job was completed one week after my initial query on the Worcester Bosch web page. The work was done quickly and expertly in less than a full day. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend Rosendales for their prompt and expert work.
