Rosendale's commitment to help out Keyworkers during this pandemic is truly commendable. I am an NHS worker and had read about their offer in our local newspaper previously. After contacting them on phone, they offered to replace my leaking Kitchen tap at no charge as long as I bought the replacement tap. I informed them as soon as I had the new tap delivered and was quickly given an appointment. When a slot became available a day earlier than previously arranged, they were straight on the phone to me and I took the opportunity. They were very polite, helpful professional and did an excellent job. I am very grateful and cannot thank them enough. This kind gesture by Rosendale's makes me feel very valued in the work I do and I would be forever grateful. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever but full of praise for this company. I would highly recommend them. They are the real deal!!

We had 42 litre combi boiler installed to replace a very old one and also an Aqualisa digital shower. Alec Rosendale & his assistant Tom were great in working round the place with minimal disturbance, yet keeping the social distance, and completed all work on schedule. When the need arose Alec also volunteered to shift some heavy stuff to another premises - something that neither my wife nor I could have done & it wasn’t easy to find another helping source in the lockdown time. Full marks to this team.

We would wholeheartedly recommend Alec and Tom of Rosendales. They were friendly and helpful from our first contact with them. They arrived on time, did a great job and cleaned up everywhere after they were finished - both inside and outside where they’d been working on the lawn. The taps were not standard size so Alec arranged getting us ones which would fit both our sinks - and was clear on what the costs of this would be. Fixing the flush on the concealed under stairs toilet cistern was not straight forward - simply because of how the toilet was fitted by the previous homeowner. Access was really limited but they fixed it and also adapted what was there so it was more accessible in the future. They also added a valve so the toilet can now be isolated should we ever need to. The price we paid was the price we’d agreed for the work. We’ll be asking them to service our boiler in future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rosendales Heating and Plumbing to our friends and family.

I contacted Alec because our 40+ year old boiler had been playing up & was clearly well overdue for replacement. We also wanted some additional work doing on the heating system so obviously wanted everything doing in one-pass. Alec was quick to come round to discus the work and came back promptly with a competitive quotation. After a quick phone conversation to clarify a couple of items we accepted the quote and arrange a date for the work to be carried out. Alec & Tom arrived when they said they would and the whole job was completed with the minimum of disruption, they put down protective strips on our carpets and other than the inevitable dust caused by drilling out a new flue hole made remarkably little mess. Overall it was a job well done by a pair of very pleasant folk, we’ll certainly use Rosendales for the boiler service, any other plumbing we need doing & can happily recommend them.

I contacted this company to carry out my yearly boiler check from a recommendation. From my initial contact to the work being carried out they were very efficient and flexible. I needed to change the time of the appointment last minute and they were able to meet this change. Very prompt on the day and I feel the pricing is fair.

Alec is always helpful and responded quickly when we realised we had a leak on the Saturday of the Bank Holiday weekend. He and his plumbers were polite, well presented and completed the work efficiently leaving the house clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending Rosendales for complete installations or incidental repairs or alterations.

Great service, quatation was supplied in good time, work arranged to replace the old boiler with a combi style meaning the removal of the emersion heater and old pipe work. New pipe work to be connected under the upstairs hall floor. All the work was completed with updates on the progress when required and most importantly without delay. clean and tidy when finished. It's a big deal to get a new boiler installed. It's not just about the choice of a boiler but the relationship with the supplier that lasts much longer than the installation time. I visited the Worcester Bosch website and requested a quote through their dealership network. I received three quotes within a couple of days. I wanted to get a new relationship for general plumbing work as well as good customer support for my new boiler. Alec Rosendale and Daniel are very competent, personable and polite and their price was competitive. One of the other local quotes I got was the most expensive by a long way and was not in fact a quote but an 'estimate' and an estimate is not a fixed price quote and it should have been (an estimate allows a trader to vary the final price. For some contracts this can be justified but not in this case). Rosendales did a perfectly professional job, were impeccably clean and tidy and great people. I would recommend them without hesitation and also add that they are also people you can trust to work in your home.

Missed and late appointments are common in the plumbing profession..but NOT with this firm. Tom and his charming assistant arrived on time, drank their tea, did the job...and away.. Would invite them back any time... Thanks boys.

Alec and his team fitted a new boiler and modified the existing hot water system to make it more efficient in less time than they had quoted and at the price they quoted. Alex fitted my Worcester boiler in May 2018 and serviced it in May 2019. He had been recommended to me by some friends as I was new to the area. I would recommend him to others. He is easy to get hold of and always returns calls if you leave a message. The boiler he fitted is excellent and we have had no problems. He has always kept the appointments we have agreed. A really nice guy too!

We asked Rosendale to quote for a new boiler late in 2018 and they responded quickly to assess and advise on our needs. They were able to attend during January 2019 to supply and install a Worcester 24ri boiler and all associated work including disposal of the old boiler. All work done quickly and efficiently. Price as quoted and expected. There was no mess or damage and all work was completed much quicker than I'd originally imagined. We liked the fact they are Worcester accredited installers. Rosendales heating and plumbing ltd fitted a new worcester bosch 30i boiler, they were very polite ,did a very good job at a very competitive price ,and left the work space all clean. I wanted to give the work to a local company ,and After talking to other plumbing companies, Rosendales was the most competitive, and with an efficient boiler, all with a 10 year warranty, subject to it being fitted and maintained as Worcester bosh details.
