New Worcester Bosch boiler with larger hot water cylinder and water tank. Radiators and heated towels rail in new extension. Also bathroom fittings (shower, wc, washbasin). Arranged for fitting of underfloor heating.

Replaced boiler and moved it's location, efficient ,and left the house clean and tidy.

Complete boiler replacement - work was completed in a very professional manor with all pipe work welded and fitted aesthetically pleasing. Because he is a Worcester Bosch approved installer I was able to benefit from an extended warranty.

I had a new gas boiler installed and the copper tank, header tank and some old plumbing removed. I had everything explained to me and the work carried out without any problems. Requested a quote from four Companies. Investigated each of them via GasSafe Register & Companies House. Rosendales was the Company I chose for our work, which included replacement of eight radiators & valves, new boiler install, new gas pipe run (15mm upgrade to 22mm), install & setup of NEST home controller & Heat Link & "power flush" of the system. I chose Rosendales because Alec was knowledgeable, courteous, polite and was able to discuss my requirements at our initial meeting, without the need to "sell" extra products to me; and his Guarantees for the Boiler, Servicing and Workmanship were and still are, fantastic. They completely destroyed the Competitors!!! Also, his picture was shown on the Gas Safe Register, so I knew he was fully compliant & therefore very competent. Further, his Company Accounts were clear, up-to-date and showed him as Owner & Director (enhancing his credibility in my eyes) and local (Dunmow, Essex). After receiving his Estimate promptly and querying some small details, we agreed to do business & set 3 days for the total overhaul of our system. He requested a deposit of "materials" cost by Bank Transfer, which we duly paid. Alec confirmed payment into his Bank the same day & very, very quickly confirmed the order of all our items. He provided clear details of the materials we ordered and was able to upgrade some of our items (Supplier Sales) for better quality ones. On the day of the install, Alec arrived promptly and discussed the plan for the next 3 days with me. He then just got on with it. I bugged him mercilessly with questions and queries which he politely and succinctly answered, without making me feel intrusive. When Alec hit a small snag on Day 2 with the running of the Gas Pipe, he immediately informed me and we were able to come up with a suitable, yet safe resolution. At all times, he was neat & tidy, with his own ground-sheets and tools for cleaning. He worked methodically and promptly, and completed all the necessary work, including our "snagging" list within the 3 days he estimated. His after-service is excellent also. We experienced a fault with the NEST controller & Heat-Link after 3 months, and within a few days, Alec arranged & fitted a completely new unit. I still bug him with questions now and he's happy to answer.
