The team installed and converted to run on LPG our new Smeg cooker, there were a few technical problems (pipe from old cooker had different fitting) but were overcome with a bit of 'smart' thinking. Not only that but I got them to fit the Smeg extractor above the cooker; again there were probs (old extractor exit not in correct position) but the lads explained to me what was going wrong and came up with an excellent solution. When they had finished that, they serviced my LPG boiler. (no probs with that). I've got to say, the lads were friendly, helpful and a fully on top of their game. I would recommend them to one and all.

The workmanship of the underfloor heating and air source heat pump is excellent and we have an immaculate ‘engine room’. The advice and help and communication about bathrooms we received from James, who did most of the fitting was really great, especially as we had to do most of it remotely. However, Ross is exceptionally busy and communicating with him has been challenging. Admittedly, it has been a difficult year for everyone.'

No show - avoid
Ross messaged yesterday saying that he’d be at mine for 9am this morning, he turned up at 9.40am and I offered him a hot drink. He had a look at the cooker to connect it and said it would cost £60 and about take an hour, he then said he needed to go and swap his van and that he would be back today. That’s the last I ever heard of him, it’s now 8pm. No response to any of my texts. Ross knows I’m pregnant, knows I have young kids and knows I’ve been without an oven for 4 weeks. I wouldn’t have minded if he had let me know that he wasn’t interested.

This company fitted a boiler for me a couple of months ago and I was really pleased with the job. There have been no issues with it and I am delighted with it. He even did a bit extra with my brickwork and cleaned up after himself well. I have already recommended the business to my neighbours.

What can I say, Ross is the only plumber I would trust with my plumbing and I recommend only him to others. He has done numerous jobs for me - most recently he replaced my boiler about 2 months ago. He is all about quality not quantity, and he is reliable, always leaves things clean and tidy. Brilliant trader.

Ross has done loads of work for me over the years - including fitting a Worcester boiler in my home. He's very trustworthy, absolutely brilliant. My home was immaculate, no mess at all and no complaints. I definitely without a doubt recommend him to others. He's very good value for money and at competitive prices. Overall professional, pleasant, and easy to get hold of.
