I met with Jason when I had a botched roof and needed to find someone competent at fixing my flat roof that was leaking down in my walkway of my house to my utilty room . I was so glad that he came and quoted but I did have to wait awhile but with Jason experience he could tackle my felt roof that was leaking as it needed someone that was good at felting , carpentry and drainage as needed a few areas of expertise to sort this roof so that it leaked no more .

We contracted Jason to replace our rear guttering which was inadequate during heavy rain. He came and quoted for the work to uprate and improve it. As the guttering ran above a glass conservatory he said he would ensure that this was protected and explained how he would tackle the work. He was pleasant, professional and easy to work with. On the day he let us know when he would arrive and carried out the work to specification and budget and was finished within his estimated time. He showed us a video of water draining along the new guttering when he tested it. He called us the following day (after some light rain) to check all was well and said if there were any future problems to get in touch. Jason replaced our flat roof and guttering in January and we were so pleased with his work we booked him to do some work on our chimney stack. Again this was completed to a very high standard. Jason explained everything and took photos of what he had done so we could see it in detail along with photos of the areas we asked him to inspect. Jason repaired a leaking chimney, removing two redundant chimney pots, removing and replacing faulty flaunching, and installing lead flashing around the base of the chimney stack. Jason made an excellent impression from the start - coming around promptly to look at the job, supplying a detailed quote, and honouring it when the work was completed. His quote was very reasonable, and there were no surprises or hidden costs. He explained fully (with photographs) what needed doing, and carried out the work efficiently, leaving everything clean and tidy and providing photographs of the completed job. On top of all that he's a friendly and personable chap who inspired confidence immediately. I hope nothing more goes wrong with my roof, but if it does, I'll certainly be using Ross Roofing again.
