Guttering issues on a rented 3 storey town house. I contacted Jason for a quote which was better than quote from another tradesperson. Jason went over to the house, took photos and a video of the issues for me. Found out that both front and back of the house needed new guttering and fascia needed changing as there was a large hole in it. Needed scaffolding to carry out the work which Jason arranged. Whilst the work was carried out Jason rang to update me and sent me photos/video of the finished work. Also noticed some of the bricks needed pointing on roof and checked if I wanted this completed too. - Throughout the whole process Jason has kept in touch re dates/timing/updates. Very impressed with Jason's work, his helpfulness and communication. Highly recommend him and will use him again when needed.

My 50 year old roof , had deteriorated on the ridges and tears in the roof membrane under the tiles. Picked Jason from 3 shortlisted roofers and what a good choice it was!. The quote covered everything and all in price. This thoroughly reliable craftsman made sure the were no surprises and provide a class service. He worked in all weathers, even in icy cold wind! No hesitation in recommending this craftsman. Thank you.

Removal and replacement of guttering at rear of property. New soffit and fascia boards. Installing a new rainwater down pipe at rear of property. Install 2 new roof tiles, check roof condition. I was kept informed about when the work would be done. I was supplied with an invoice detailing the work and the cost. Jason is a hard and conscientious worker and I had full confidence in his abilities from the start of the work. He kept me informed about the progress of the work and the work seems to have been completed to a high standard. I would use Ross Roofing again and can recommend the company to others

Ross Roofing was one of four roofing contractors I received quotes from for a new roof along with new guttering, fascia boards & soffits. Ross Roofing were not the cheapest quote but I chose them due to Jason's diligence when providing the quote along with the details of the work involved. The job was started on time and even though there was some inclement weather the job was completed on time, mainly due to Jason working longer hours on some of the days. He kept me informed of the progress, daily, as the job progressed. The work was done to an exceptional level. The site was always left clean & tidy, and skips and scaffolding were removed from the property exactly when he said they would be. I would recommend his work very highly.
