We had a French door and bay window replaced. The guys turned up on time, worked very quickly, and we were very pleased with the standard of work and how little disruption it caused. They were very pleasant and helpful.

Today we had a very poorly installed and drafty upvc window replaced. Royale Windows (King's Heath) arrived promptly at a time they said they would. Removed the old window causing no damage at all to the area around the window. Replaced the old window with a lovely new one which has cut down on the traffic noise and now has no cold wind blowing through. I would highly recommend Royale Windows. Extremely polite and friendly from quote to installation. Very tidy and respectful of our home. Left everywhere clean and tidy. We have used Royale Windows for many years now and will continue to do so as and when necessary, would highly recommend. Excellent fitting and a beautiful window.

The work comprised a bespoke porch extension, bay window and standard windows to an ongoing garage conversion; plus replacement glazed units to some existing windows. It was based on my design drawings and an itemised quotation which remained unchanged. I accepted the quotation on 26 November 2024 and site dimensions were taken shortly after. Royale Windows said they would do their best to meet my request to finish before Christmas. I'm pleased to report that the units were fabricated and installed quickly and efficiently; the installation being completed within two days on 19 December 2024. I was kept informed throughout the process and I was particularly impressed by the support given by Kim in the office as well as Paul and Steve on site. We decided our wooden windows needed replacing . Royal Windows were a business we had noticed locally as they have a small shop and workshop. They are a family company. The owner who is semi retired came to see us and discussed all options to us in great detail. There was no pressure selling as is often the case with double glazing companies. They gave us locations of recent jobs they had done including a neighbour. After chatting with the neighbour we decided to go with Royal and not even bother getting alternative quotes. They kept us informed of the order all the way through and the guys who fitted were friendly and excellent. I can recommend this company.

We had decided to replace our old exterior locks replaced with more secure modern ones. At the same time, we wanted the existing doors realigned since they had dropped over the years. We got in touch with Royale Windows via their website contact form. They got back to us quite quickly on the phone and arranged a day and time for a site visit and quote. This produced a reasonable quote, so we agreed to getting the work done. There was a bit of a delay in getting the locks needed, since many of our doors were different sizes and different lock orientations due to being fitted at various times but eventually after a week or two, the job started. The work was carried out in a very professional manner and they obviously knew their jobs very well. The working areas were kept tidy and there was minimal disruption. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Royale Windows both in terms of quality of work and helpful advice given when needed.

This is my second time using this company and we are just as happy this time as with the first. They do not disappoint; they are professional, timely, friendly, courteous and respectful which I fully embrace. They even clean our suffices, facias & windows whilst awaiting a section of guttering to be delivered. They have even reattached our water butt without being prompted to. TOP GUYS! Arrived on time. Work completed swiftly and left in tidy state. Did have to wait a while for work to be done due to company work levels however not a problem as the work was not urgent.

I decided to replace the glass panels in the door leading to my garden. I contacted Royale Windows to ask for a quote and they attended the same day to measure up and contacted me an hour later with a very competitive price. As I was going on hokiday the following week they asked me to contact them on my return to arrange a fitting date. The fitter was very helpful and friendly and I'm really impressed with the service I received.

We needed a window taken out of our conservatory and a panel putting in so that we could put a vent in to circulate the air. The job was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company. The service provided was friendly and professional.

Royale Windows fitted a new conservatory roof and also replaced several of our back windows that were old and had begun to mist up. From original quotation to measuring up, right through to fitting and completion of work we found them to be friendly, polite, responsive and easy to deal with at all times. The work was completed to the highest standards using top quality materials and units. Their prices are very good and although the work was delayed by us, they stuck to their original quotation. Before the work started, the owner Paul, came out at short notice to repair a lock failure (security problem) on a ground floor window that has been previously fitted by another company. This was greatly appreciated. Whilst they were with us the very hard working team showed great attention to detail and even upgraded other items on other windows such as hinges and handles. This meant that the end result was absolutely outstanding. We are delighted with our conservatory (which now looks like a new one,) as well as all the other work completed. We have already recommended this first class company to a friend who needs repairs to his conservatory roof.

New double glazed front windows, porch, back door and some replacement glass units. No pressure sales, very friendly and professional service nothing being too much trouble. New porch looks great the brickworks was also completed and that looks great too. Small issue with glass for new porch door not being available but this was an issue with the end supplier, family were very apologetic, have fitted temporary glass and no payment for door until correct glass is fitted, you can’t say fairer than that. I would definitely recommend this family company and have already done so to family and friends. Very pleased

I used Royale for the 3rd time as they're so good. This job was to replace a large triangular apex window, made up of 4 bespoke glass panels. The accurate, detailed measurement was vital to ensure a good fit. When the helpful and friendly guys came to install it was a perfect fit. The quality of work was excellent and they tidied up well both inside and out before they left. I'm delighted.

New windows, replacement units, front door and new French windows cut and installed into the garden. The process was flawless from start to finish, from the initial reply to my email enquiry to the last speck of debris being cleaned up. I am deaf so do not use the telephone. Royale windows understood this and only contacted me by email, whereas other contractors that I asked to quote bombarded me with telephone calls that were obviously unanswered. What really impressed me was the workmanship, the attention to detail, the way that any problems that arose were dealt with, the plastering around the French windows and the clean up each night. And of course the fabulous installations. I love the front door and the French windows which have totally transformed the house. But above all it was the way that they treated my home and me with respect.
