Today was the second time Ryan has done some drainage work at my house. On both occasions, Ryan arrived on time, did everything in full that the job required, tidied up afterwards, and charged me exactly what we had agreed. Ryan is highly personable, explained clearly what work he was going to do, showed what he had done at each stage, and has educated me on how my house's drainage system works.
