My project requirement was the extension of a kitchen (units and worktop) to be seamlessly joined to that already existing. As a retired project/programme manager of many years I had the requirement for the work to be completed to time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction. From the careful estimate of the work required, to providing the quotation and timeframe for completion to the meticulous care and attention to detail in completing the works, I was completely satisfied that these criteria were met. Rowan Roberts project-managed our new kitchen with considerable expertise. His team were efficient, highly skilful, and particularly polite. Rowan and the team faced numerous unexpected problems, but these were solved efficiently and with full and open discussion about various options. We were kept informed about changes to the initial estimates and communication with Rowan was a considerable plus. All work was completed on time, with his team working over the weekend to complete tasks on schedule. All rubbish was cleared away when promised and each person was careful to avoid unnecessary mess or inconvenience to us. We will definitely recommend Rowan and his team.

Rowan and his team did a great job renovating our kitchen. Rowan's team were able to help with all aspects of the renovation; new flooring (including replacement of joists), plastering, fitting a pocket door, tiling, electrics, plumbing and kitchen fitting. Rowan put together a schedule for the work and was our main point of contact, he was happy to help with any queries along the way. The whole team were friendly and we trusted them in our home. The work has been carried out to a high standard and we are very happy with our new kitchen.

Rowen Roberts and his team recently carried out a complete kitchen refurbishment on our behalf. From start to finish the fitting, together with plumbing, electrical, decorating and other works were carried out with workmanship of high order right across all trades with all involved most approachable and having attention to detail in mind. We were impressed with the approach taken by Rowen Roberts himself who headed the project personally and oversaw the seamless flow of those different trades working in unison. The scheme came in very much on schedule and budget and although there were no great issues once completed the ongoing process was more than satisfactory.

Rowan has helped us remodel our house swapping the dining room into a kitchen- this involved a new window major plumbing and electrical work plastering a whole room and fitting the new kitchen. Rowan gave us a comprehensive schedule of works with dates and times of arrival with names of the people that would be on site. This was adhered to and we had a WhatsApp group for us to ask questions check up on things and Rowan was fantastic at prompt replies. The work completed is first class and I’m so happy - he is in fact helping us on our next project ! Everyone was polite friendly and they all tidied up at the end of the day. Rowan has a wealth of knowledge and experience and his advice and ideas were so helpful to us. I didn’t once have to worry what was happening next as he was always one step ahead of the job! He has salvaged our oak floor from one room to relay in another - appreciating original features and acknowledging our preferences. You hear so many bad stories about home renovations and I feel it’s so important to share the good people out there ! I would recommend Rowan whole heartedly we will certainly have him in to complete out house for us

I recently had the pleasure of having Rowan Roberts Kitchens fit our new kitchen. This was as a result of the original installer falling through at the last moment and Rowan Roberts stepping in and mighty glad I am too! We really lucked out here as the standard of workmanship provided by Rowan's team was excellent. I genuinely believe we got a better service and standard of workmanship than we would have with other installers. Each tradesman came in exactly on time and coordinated perfectly with each other, in order to complete the job in a timely manner. The fitting of the kitchen cabinets was exemplary. They really bothered about the minute details and referred back to us with any questions. Our kitchen required the removal of the old kitchen and a considerable amount of remedial work in terms of removing old tiles, re-plastering, rewiring and plumbing all of which were completed by Rowan Robert's team, to an exceptionally high standard. I really cannot overstate the quality of service provided by Rowan and his team and would happily recommend him to anyone else.

We recently used the services of Rowan Roberts to complete a new kitchen installation. Rowan has certainly raised the bar when it comes to craftsmanship to a level that we did not know existed! Rowan Roberts t/a RR Kitchens have recently fitted a new kitchen at our property together with overseeing and arranging all other trades in the the modernisation of the Kitchen area. All works were completed within the agreed time and budget. All materials and works carried out were of the highest quality and completed with the upmost professional care and skill. The very few issues which arose were delt with quickly and efficiently and we were kept up to date with all matters during the works.

I am really happy with my new kitchen. Rowan provided me with a full work schedule, naming the various craftsmen who would do which work. Every member of the team was very helpful and efficient, keeping me up to date on arrival times, etc, nothing was to much trouble if I asked questions, and everything was cleared away and swept before they left each day. Rowan was extremely helpful to me, as it was the first time I had this sort of work done. No question was unanswered, if he said something would done it was, nothing was too much trouble. On schedule, on budget, spot-on with communication all the way through. When I congratulated one of the crew on the work, he said Rowan only works with people whose work he knows so we don’t get unwanted surprises and he aims for perfection.
