RS Heating came to look at my leaking boiler promptly after booking an appointment easily on their website. They provided a quote for the repair or fitting of a new boiler. Work was carried out within a week. Very happy.

My aged boiler was becoming unreliable and I obtained several quotes for replacement in January. RS heating were competitive and I liked the attention to details and practicalities so I accepted the quote with a view to replacement when the weather became warmer. My old boiler completely broke down and RS were able to bring the work forward at very short notice, so I was only without heat for two days. An excellent job, carried out with the minimum of disruption, by a very pleasant engineer. The office is easy to contact and everyone has been very helpful.

From the initial visit and quote I found the company to be very professional and willing to explain the various options that I had on changing from an old boiler system using loft tanks and a hot water cylinder to a new combi boiler system with all new radiators. The team on site checked all the materials delivered and they picked up a small defect and organised a replacement for one radiator without any fuss. They arrived on the agreed start date, they tidied up each night and finished within the agreed timescale and with final costs as previously agreed. I would definitely use the company again and would recommend them.

We needed to replace our boiler as it was 50 years old and we wanted a more efficient, modern boiler. RS Heating were recommended to us by a neighbour as they had been pleased with the work they had done for them. We were happy with the options and quotations provided by Scott and decided to go ahead with the work. Nick and James who carried out most of the installation were extremely hard working and conscientious during the 2day installation. Contacted R/S Heating when we had been without hot water for 2 weeks, after being let down by 2 other local companies. Scott gave us a detailed estimate with a choice of 6 different boilers. We were fitted into their busy schedule and the work was completed in a day. They didn’t leave behind any mess. We thoroughly recommend.

The Company recently installed a new Worcester-Bosch boiler to replace an ageing Suprima. We were given sound advice and a competitive quotation. On the day, the work was completed cleanly and efficiently, with a minimum of disruption. Afterwards, the registration paperwork was completed for us. We had nothing further to do. Scott, on behalf of the Company, went an extra mile to make sure the installation was just as we required. We could have not asked for more, nor for better. We are very happy to recommend RS.

The new boiler was fitted in a new position so there was considerable pipe work to do. All work was carried out in a professional and tidy manner. The guys were friendly and hard working. The work was carried out as per the price quoted. All contact with the office was fried and efficient. We obviously had other quotes for the work and RSHeating were very competitive. After nearly 50 years of faithful service, our original floor standing boiler began making strange and worrying noises and needed to be replaced with a more modern and cost effective heating system. From a short list of five, we chose RS Heating to undertake this challenging work. During the initial meeting, we found Scott to be very respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. He made many very helpful suggestions, quickly found a way to overcome any potential difficulties and we felt reassured to place our trust in his company. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, by two very pleasant and hard working heating engineers, Nick and Sam, with the minimum of disruption to ourselves, and we are very happy with the end result. So now we have a new, modern wall mounted boiler with the gas supply carefully extended to its new position, a new hot water cylinder, a new pump, a new cold water storage tank in the loft, a new flue assembly which complies with the latest regulations, new pipework neatly arranged, an ingeneous and very neat routing of the condensate pipe and the benefit of a power flush. We also have lots of hot water, the prospect of a warm and cosy winter to look forward to and no funny noises. Scott made a special return visit to explain again how to set the digital timer as this was all new to us. We would highly recommend this company.

Scott was really helpful in sorting us out with a new boiler and the work was completed promptly and efficiently with it all left tidily and working.

Used RS Heating to supply and install a new combi boiler in an outdoor cupboard, take out the old boiler, remove both hot water and cold water tanks, put in Hive controls and install a new radiator. Quote was competitive, and what was invoiced. The whole experience with RS Heating was great, excellent, friendly and prompt visits, prompt quote for the work, brilliant customer service throughout, RS Heating came when they said they would and completed all the work to time and did a great job, kept mess and inconvenience to a really low level, and put things back to good order. Friendly and helpful team of 2 did the work, and were a pleasure to have in the house. I cannot speak too highly of the whole experience with RS Heating.

Work started and completed on time. It comprised the removal of old conventional flue boiler and replacing with a balanced flue boiler in a different location, new hot water tank, header tank, valves and pump. Removal and disposal of asbestos flue and associated components where flue passed through the roof, and the re-instating of the roof. The whole task was project managed by RS, and work was conducted in a professional, competent and courteous manner. The full radiator system was power flushed. The site was cleared of all debris. A good job well done, I am very satisfied with the way the new installation was managed, installed and works.

Had a boiler which needed servicing which also developed a leak in between booking the service & the engineer attending the property. The engineer was very competent , identifying the fault quickly and replacing the damaged component whilst servicing the boiler. The price for the service was very competitive (got quotes from a few traders on here) and the overall service from RS Heating was friendly, efficient and all round excellent. I'd highly recommend this company.

We had a new boiler fitted, plus a towel rail put in to replace a small radiator in the bathroom. The team were excellent - professional, friendly and made sure they left no mess. Definitely recommend this company, and wil use them again if we need anything.

Scott and his team replaced our boiler and radiators. They were all very easy to deal with - would turn up when they said they would, responded to messages promptly and were courteous in person. Lucy was on top of the diary. The work was completed to a high standard - we are pleased with the new boiler, water pressure and radiators. Scott came to the house several times to talk through options, and before the work started to double-check. The house was left clean and tidy, and the team have been prompt at returning for some minor snagging. If we hadn't just had everything done, we would have them back!

R S Heating replaced our faulty/ageing combi-boiler and ageing, old-fashioned and inefficient radiators. They were professional and friendly throughout our dealings with them. Correspondence with Scott and Lucy by Phone/email/text was prompt and excellent, from the initial quote visit and email quotation by Scott, our subsequent questions and quotation revisions with Scott and Lucy, a call from Lucy the day before the job to confirm arrangements, then a post-completion follow up call from her to make sure that we were happy with the work. The work was completed by Ben and Scott within the estimated timescale, to our satisfaction and at the quoted price. We are very happy to recommend them.

After having a bad experience and being badly let down I went with Which Trusted traders and found this excellent company RS Heating. Sam and Scott changed 4 radiator valves for thermostat controlled valves and installed a three port valve. We are really pleased with their work, very efficient, polite and punctual and all done at a very reasonable cost. I will certainly recommend them, which I have already done so, and will use them again if the need arises.

Scott and Sam upgraded our 20+-year-old boiler, relocating it to our garage. The work also included rerouting and hiding a whole bunch of previously visible ugly pipework, connecting our extension with a mains cold water feed, doing first fix for a washing machine in a new utility room, replacing some outdoor taps, and upgrading a few radiators. From Scott’s first visit to quote I was filled with confidence. The quote was competitive, and the quality of the work top notch. Communication was excellent throughout. Friendly and tidy. A couple of unforeseen issues were dealt with quickly and without fuss. Can't recommend more highly.

After being without heating and hot water for 10 days by a cowboy on another tradesmen site, I went to Trusted Traders and found Scott from RS Heating. He very kindly squeezed us in a few days later, for which we were immensely grateful. Sam came and fitted our boiler and cylinder and he was on the job for 12 hours. Both him and Scott stayed late into the evening to get the job done. Sam and Scott are a thoroughly friendly and professional pair, clear up after themselves and are very neat and tidy. They also came back a few days later to tweak our new system, fit a condense pipe, fit a shower attachment and a kitchen tap. As my title suggests, they really are The Dream Team. I will not go anywhere else now.

We had a replacement boiler fitted together with 2 new radiators. The work was completed to an excellent standard with the work areas left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Despite some obstacles occurring the work was completed to the quoted price and within the timescales advised. Very satisfied with the work carried out.
