Scott and Sam upgraded our 20+-year-old boiler, relocating it to our garage. The work also included rerouting and hiding a whole bunch of previously visible ugly pipework, connecting our extension with a mains cold water feed, doing first fix for a washing machine in a new utility room, replacing some outdoor taps, and upgrading a few radiators. From Scott’s first visit to quote I was filled with confidence. The quote was competitive, and the quality of the work top notch. Communication was excellent throughout. Friendly and tidy. A couple of unforeseen issues were dealt with quickly and without fuss. Can't recommend more highly.

After being without heating and hot water for 10 days by a cowboy on another tradesmen site, I went to Trusted Traders and found Scott from RS Heating. He very kindly squeezed us in a few days later, for which we were immensely grateful. Sam came and fitted our boiler and cylinder and he was on the job for 12 hours. Both him and Scott stayed late into the evening to get the job done. Sam and Scott are a thoroughly friendly and professional pair, clear up after themselves and are very neat and tidy. They also came back a few days later to tweak our new system, fit a condense pipe, fit a shower attachment and a kitchen tap. As my title suggests, they really are The Dream Team. I will not go anywhere else now.

We had a replacement boiler fitted together with 2 new radiators. The work was completed to an excellent standard with the work areas left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Despite some obstacles occurring the work was completed to the quoted price and within the timescales advised. Very satisfied with the work carried out.

Scott rearranged their workload to fit in with us, they arrived on time, completed the installation of a replacement boiler in good time and cleaned up afterwards. Everything is working well. We couldn't have asked for more! Excellent service at a competitive price

Boiler failure on a Saturday morning. I had a rapid reply to my request for help and received a visit early on Monday. The new parts and new valve were ordered and fitted on the Friday as a first call. The system was drained and re-started. An excellent job done and completed according to the quote for the job in a timely fashion. Very good and friendly service all round.

Very fast estimate, work was completed quickly. From the first phone call to the installation these guys were polite and informative. The 2 guys that installed were very polite quick and made a tidy job. They took all the waste away and left the area nice and clean. Recently had a new boiler and cylinder fitted. The fitters were extremely polite and friendly. Very pleased with the work. Minor problem which was sorted out the following day. A very pleasant company to deal with and would definitely recommend.

Having had to call Scott out on a few occasions with problems to my 10+ year old boiler, it was time to have it replaced. Scott gave me three quotations and, when I made the choice of boiler, he arranged for its replacement and a new Worcester boiler fitted, quickly and very efficiently. The post work inspection was quickly undertaken to confirm satisfactory workmanship.

Oil fired boiler serviced and 3 new thermostatic radiator valves fitted. The work was completed without fuss or any inconvenience. Very pleasant people to deal with.
