RSS did an excellent job refurbishing my very old kitchen, completely stripping it out including removal of wall tiles, ceiling, and flooring, plus renewal of electrics, rerouting plumbing, one window replacement, and installing new units and appliances. Rick came up with an imaginative solution to a problem with the old sliding door. The whole project was well-managed and communication was good. Rick and his team worked efficiently, tried to minimize disruption, and tidied up at the end of each day. The project came in almost exactly as originally estimated, and my approval was sought for the few minor alterations. I have already booked RSS for further projects.

We wanted a new doorway between the house and an integral garage. We requested two quotes from builders, both of whom provided advice. The RSS quote was the most competitive and they advised the door would need to be fitted with a self closing mechanism to meet fire regulations. The team cut the hole in the wall with minimum dust and damage to the existing, fitted a new lintel and completed the work in one day. The work was performed efficiently and painlessly.

We required alterations to be made in our bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. Having been let down by a previous contractor RSS Building Services were able to take the work on almost immediately. The bathroom fitter they employed to carry out the work was very skilful and efficient. He was able to organise the tasks such that both jobs could be worked on concurrently. As a result the work was completed very quickly and more importantly to a high standard

RSS have been doing work on our house since 2011 when I Googled Woking builders. Have completed refurbishment in the past on living rooms, windows, bedrooms, hallway and stairs, bathrooms etc. In 2017 the final piece was pre-fit of a kitchen involving wall removal, installation of Bi-fold doors, and a raised new patio with glass balustrade. A complete new garage was also erected to replace an old prefab one and this also included an extended external utility room/self contained laundry. This was quite a big project but was executed with the minimum of fuss, professional attitude, and great workmanship. Rick the MD of RSS has a great team and knows his stuff, he even corrected some calculations that my architect had got wrong on supporting beams. Rick is trusted to the extent that he was given a key to our property and the work commenced whilst we were away on two weeks holiday. Foundations were being laid, wall were being removed, the lot, but I had every confidence in RSS. They worked with 'Tivoli Interiors' of Camberley who were the kitchen fitters and the cooperation and understanding between builder and kitchen installer was excellent. RSS installs electrical and plumbing work too all certified, and the relationship with the council building control works seamlessly. RSS are not the cheapest but you pay for what you get and the quality is second to none. Any follow up and snagging list is dealt with promptly. Highly recommended and a good sense of humour helps too!!

I had a wall removed between rooms, a beam inserted, doors and electrics altered and everything made good. The workmanship was excellent, the team were all polite, friendly and helpful and caused as little disruption as possible under the circumstances. I would thoroughly recommend RSS.

The bathroom had not been refurbished for years and needed remedial work to walls and sloping roof as well as a complete refit. Rss Building Services did a great job down to the last detail and we are very pleased with the finished room. The local plumbing and tile shops supplied good quality fittings with a lovely end result. The craftsmen were very good at cleaning up at the end of each day.
