We recently had a heat pump installed by Rural and Country to heat our three-bedroom annex, replacing an electric boiler, and I have been extremely impressed from start to finish. The system was properly designed, with some radiators upgraded to cope with the lower flow temperature while still maintaining the required heat load. The advice from Lee was excellent — knowledgeable, practical, and clearly based on a deep understanding of both the technology and what we actually needed from the system. The installation team, Liam and Dave, were outstanding. They worked cleanly and tidily, took real pride in their work, and managed to install radiators in rooms where we didn’t think it would be possible, yet the finish is so neat you would never know. The pipework and insulation were completed to a very high standard. The commissioning engineer also took time to explain not just how to use the system, but how it works, which is important for us as the annex is not occupied all the time and needs to run efficiently. Professional, knowledgeable and high quality throughout. I would highly recommend Rural and Country to anyone considering a heat pump installation.
