Recently had the above installed at my property to replace a combi oil boiler. I was kept well informed throughout the process, any queries have been answered promptly. My system was up and running on the third day, I have no complaints and am very happy. The work was done efficiently and to good quality I cannot fault either the work or the customer service.

They have skilled engineers and electricians, but the service is absolutely terrible. Once they received the payment, they stopped responding to us. Our system hasn’t been working properly for months and still hasn’t been fully installed. Despite countless calls and follow-ups, nothing gets resolved—they either ignore us or promise to fix things and never follow through. We feel completely unsupported and stuck with an unreliable system. Even system alarms that could indicate serious issues are being ignored. I strongly do not recommend this company. I am not sure how to mange the winter in this condition!

We recently had a heat pump installed by Rural and Country to heat our three-bedroom annex, replacing an electric boiler, and I have been extremely impressed from start to finish. The system was properly designed, with some radiators upgraded to cope with the lower flow temperature while still maintaining the required heat load. The advice from Lee was excellent — knowledgeable, practical, and clearly based on a deep understanding of both the technology and what we actually needed from the system. The installation team, Liam and Dave, were outstanding. They worked cleanly and tidily, took real pride in their work, and managed to install radiators in rooms where we didn’t think it would be possible, yet the finish is so neat you would never know. The pipework and insulation were completed to a very high standard. The commissioning engineer also took time to explain not just how to use the system, but how it works, which is important for us as the annex is not occupied all the time and needs to run efficiently. Professional, knowledgeable and high quality throughout. I would highly recommend Rural and Country to anyone considering a heat pump installation.
