We asked Rutland to reconfigure our ground floor, with a single storey rear extension and new kitchen, new downstairs toilet and shower and a utility room. Work was carried out to a very high standard, and any problems were dealt with with the minimum fuss. Now the work is complete and we couldn't be happier with our new space - it feels like a whole new house. I would definitely recommend Rutland to anyone looking for similar building work.

We engaged Rutland Building to assist with a series of structural (internal and external) alterations together with a refurbishment of our kitchen, internal flooring and other ancillary matters. They have shown great attention to detail and throughout the job have been conscious that their workplace is also our home.
