Rutland Renewables installed a 10Kw battery and associated control devices. The work was completed quickly and efficiently within the time scheduled. The system has worked flawlessly since installation reducing our grid demand at peak times.

As part of an extensive renovation and modernisation project on our 1950's brick built house in Oakham, which included triple glazing, air source heat pump, underfloor heating on the ground and 1st floors, mechanical ventilation and heat recovery, we asked Rutland Renewables to provide and install solar panels, integrated into our new roof, with an inverter, storage batteries, gateway and EV charging system. Rutland Renewable's quote for the supply and installation of the Sigenery system was competitive and the standard of their work and coordination with other trades on site to get the work completed on time was impressive. On completion of the work and final commissioning, Rutland Renewables took the time to explain how to get the best from the system and have answered my queries even after the final invoice was paid.

Rutland Renewables are an excellent company. They answered all our questions, very helpful and just so good from our first contact to the finished product. Rutland Renewables have worked for us on three occasions - Solar panel and battery fitting in 2023; a further battery fitting in 2024 and an EV Charger fitting recently (14/08/25). Solar panels with battery and inverter, plus car charger. We went with Rutland based on a recommendation from a friend, who had just a similar set-up installed. We had been considering solar for a few years, but it's a big investment so we'd not got further than an initial enquiry with our energy provider. But based on our friend's good feedback we contacted Rutland for a quote. Working with Rutland was an excellent experience, from start to finish. Very helpful sales team and good initial site survey to help us plan where to put various elements, and great support in getting all the official paperwork completed for the MCS, DNO, etc. As we are in a conservation area we had to get planning permission, which was quite delayed at the council's end, but Rutland were patient and flexible, and quick to get us in the diary as soon as we had planning consent. When it came to the install, all the crew were lovely - friendly and polite and good at keeping us informed about what was happening when so that we could minimise disruption - especially important for us as we both work from home. The job was really efficient and all done very neatly. We are delighted with our solar and have already recommended Rutland to other friends locally.
