RW Sash Renovation

Rob is a great guy - very professional, knowledgeable and friendly from start to finish. Rob and his team did an excellent job replacing two old sash windows with new quality double glazed sash windows. They also repaired a number of windows which were really worn, with rotting sills and now they all look fantastic. Rob was always on time, polite, hardworking and tidied up each evening. Overall we are very pleased with the quality of work, value for money and would highly recommend Rob (we already have done so to some of our local friends!) We will be getting RW Sash Renovations back later in the year to carry out some more work on a few more windows. Thanks again Rob.

Initially 8 of the 12 Sash Windows could not be opened manually and all had significant deterioration to individual sections of the windows and frames. This was a difficult project as 8 of the windows were situated above one of the busiest roads and footpaths in a central area of the Town. Rob undertook the repair of the weights and cable mechanisms so that the windows can be opened effortlessly now. The detailed repairs to decayed sections of the Frames and especially the delicate wood cross rails supporting the individual old window panes was exceptionally well done. Robs attention to detail meant it's difficult to distinguish the repairs and the original elements of the windows. Rob is very easy to work with, gave good advice for onward decorating and maintenance of the windows. The work was completed on time and budget and would definitely work with Rob again.

Rob and his team renovated 7 sash windows for us in a Grade II listed property. They knew exactly what they were doing, and did a fantastic job. One window in particular was completely rotten, and most of the others were letting in water and drafts. All now renovated to a very high standard. Excellent craftsmanship and a very nice team of workmen. We can highly recommend.

Second time we have used RW Sash renovation and they are absolutely fantastic. No hesitation in using again - just an excellent, nice, highly professional company doing a really good job.

Rob undertook renovations on 4 windows. The work was excellent and the windows look fabulous - could not be happier! Leave everything clean and tidy afterwards. Highly recommend!

This the second time we have used Rob to install slimline double glazing in our existing Edwardian sashes. We were so impressed with the job he did with our downstairs windows that we had no hesitation in calling him again to double-glaze our upstairs windows. His quote was extremely competitive and I had complete faith in him from the start. The job itself was faultless: he and his assistant were spot-on time each day, they worked cleanly and efficiently, and were unfailingly helpful if I had any questions. When the job was finished they left the workspace as clean and tidy as if they had never been there. I like to use sole traders whenever I can, and I recommend RW Sash Renovations without hesitation. You will not find better.

Superb job done by Rob replacing a rotten sill on one of our sash windows. Done very quickly after enquiring and a near professional job. Would highly recommend. Thank so much!

Rob works wonders in restoring sash windows. He did the front (Victorian) windows last year and we were so impressed we asked him to return and do the remainder last month. Very reasonable price and he does what he says he will do - and when.

Robert and his team worked on our four large windows with little mess. The work was well planned and of a high standard. I can not recommend them enough to anyone wanting to replace like with like or repair what is there. Thank you.

I cannot recommend Rob highly enough as the work carried out for us on our sash windows transformed them. He is highly skilled and this showed in the quality of the outcome of his work. He is friendly, professional, hardworking and did everything he said he would do and more at a very competitive price. Would ask him to do some more work for us at the drop of a hat if needed.
