Very satisfied with the work Ryan and his colleagues did on my very old oil fired boiler. They managed to repair and get it going. Also replaced some old water pipes which meant I had hot water for the first time in many years. Highly recommended. A++++++.

New worcester boiler fitted to existing system by Ryan and his team Leanne and scott. They were all very help ful, and just the service you would expect. Tidy and efficient and would recommend his company.

Ryan & his team came over as arranged after a previous visit to assess what was required & supply a quote. They carried out a power wash for our radiator system and added anti-corrosion treatment which had been lacking for some years so had caused a lot of sediment to accumulate in the pipes & radiators. This was an all day procedure, but inbetween power washing each radiator in turn until the water ran clear, they also replaced a broken three port valve, & an expansion vessel that had failed, adjusted the filling loop to the system, and replaced a leaky tap in the bathroom for me (I`d already chosen & purchased a new one in readyness). They were all very easy to have in the house and happy for me to watch what they were doing and to answer any questions that I had. There were a couple of things that Ryan will need to return to do at a later date, but I have absolute confidence that these will be done to an equally high standard.

After several years with a well known Boiler Installation & Service company which I was finding increasingly unsatisfactory I changed to Ryan's Plumbing and Heating Services ltd. I was not disappointed. Ryan is professional and efficient. He immediately pointed out that an important part that should have been fitted at installation 5 year ago was missing which could have resulted in catastrophic flooding If not corrected. I am now in contact with the installation company who were responsible and who have been servicing my boiler every year since installation for which I was paying an expensive 5* service plan. Ryan has been doing all our plumbing needs for the last 10 years and always does a professional job. His apprentices do just as good a job as well, under his guidance. His most recent work for us was complete replumbing of new kitchen and thanks to some inspired thinking on his part, we were able to get a much better kitchen design. No hesitation in recommending Ryan.

Our usual Gas Safe plumber was unavailable and Ryan agreed to carry out our annual boiler service and remove an unresponsive radiator and fit a new one. Whilst Ryan carried out the boiler service, his colleague Leana drained the system, fitted the new radiator and made good the wall and piping. Unfortunately, the new radiator appeared to have a blockage leading to it and, as the day was drawing to an end and all other radiators were working, Ryan agreed to return first thing in the morning. As good as his word, he turned up early confirmed the problem and used a pressurising device to force the blockage out of the system. All done very professionally and effectively for reasonable cost. I believe Ryan to be a highly capable engineer who takes his work and reputation very seriously. He is friendly, dependable and trustworthy. I highly recommend his services.

Ryan and his team made an excellent job of replacing our old gas boiler with a new Worcester Bosch combi-boiler and converting the existing plumbing to suit. The job was completed within the agreed timescale and to budget. There was minimal disruption and everything was left clean and tidy at the end. Ryan and his colleague, Leanna, replaced our house boiler in a difficult location in our cellar. The challenging task was carried out, calmly, efficiently and thoughtfully with both of them working very hard during the long hours they were here. There was a minimum of disruption as they were very considerate and left everything in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the day. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will be using them on future occasions.

I cannot recommend Ryan highly enough after a site visit an efficient Quick quote came online and was accepted via this, he and his colleagues turned up on time good communication throughout the work where very clean and tidy completed on time very polite and friendly many thanks to Ryan and Leonie for a job well done.

Ryan responded to my initial enquiry very promptly, and he and Leana turned up the next day, to discuss what I wanted. Having listened to my problem (an old Ideal boiler that had become very unreliable) he recommended a Worcester boiler, as a replacement, and confirmed it in writing the same day, along with a fixed price, which seemed reasonable for the work they were proposing. On the day of the installation, Ryan and Leana arrived, turned my kitchen upside down, and put it back together again, all within 6 hours. I had a new boiler, my system had been drained, flushed through and refilled, and they had fitted a Bosch cleaning system and a new filling loop in my airing cupboard. They had also cleaned up and removed the old boiler, leaving my house as they had found it. I was very impressed with how friendly and professional they both were and with the quality of their work. I will certainly use them again for my plumbing jobs and boiler servicing.

Ryan came to look at Worcester Bosch combi boiler that had stopped working. The boiler being about 19 years old we were sure it could easily be repaired but he checked it over and thought it was one of two things. He ordered these parts and tried the least expensive item before fitting a new PCB. We have found in the past some other tradesmen do not take this approach ,which we found refreshing . He soon got the boiler operating properly again . We will use Ryan again for any plumbing we need doing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Ryan has been doing plumbing work in our house for a few years now starting with the installation of a new Worcester boiler, rerouting all the plumbing to solve a leak under the concrete floor, replacing old radiators, installing a new bathroom sink and cupboard and servicing our boiler every year. His work is always of a high standard and carried out in a timely manner and his prices are reasonable too. No problem with recommending him to others.

Having been without heating and hot water for 10 days and getting desperate, I was recommended to Ryan via Worcester Boilers as an approved installer. Ryan attended at 8am the following morning and after various tests advised to get a new boiler (old one 18 years old). The pipes are neat and tidy, observed by another plumber who fitted our water softener. They took away our old boiler clearing up behind them and even plumbed in our fridge at no extra charge. Ryan has been a saviour, not only did he & Leana come out on a chilly, winter morning to repair a complex problem with the boiler but also recently fixed a long-standing radiator blockage which earlier attempts from two other engineers failed to do.
