I was after an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) on the rental property that I am in the process of selling, and after ringing a total of six electrical companies Rygol Electrical Services Limited was the only company that had the courtesy to get back to me and display a clear capability to undertake the work required. Initially, I was contacted by customer services and spoke with Ms Charlotte Winn, who was very friendly and engaging and arranged a mutual date with me to get the test completed. At the time, I made Charlotte aware that I was under a rather tight timescale, and she advised me that if an earlier date became available she would contact me. To my surprise, Charlotte took the trouble to contact me the next day, informing me that one of their electricians' work schedules had changed and they would be available to do the test that day, which fitted perfectly with my plans! On attending the property, I met Electrician Ben, who was both polite, friendly and exceptionally competent. Not only did he conscientiously complete the full EICR test, but he also advised me that I would have the EICR report later that day, as opposed to the usual 24 to 48 hour wait. I moved into a new build home and wanted to install solar panels and battery. I carried out research on local companies and narrowed it down to 3 companies. I chose Rygol although they were actually a bit more expensive than the others but having met Leon and discussed my requirements, I felt he was best suited for the project. I was not disappointed- he kept me updated on time schedules which were very much adhered to. All the contractors involved were professional, extremely competent and dealt with my probably fairly basic enquiries. The system is up and running seamlessly and if anything, exceeds my expectations. Many thanks to Leon and the team for a great outcome.

After having solar installed as part of a council group buy scheme and being fairly unimpressed by the installation options and aftercare I decided that I wanted to find a local solar installer to fit panels at our new property. We opted to go with the team at Rygol who designed a solar/battery system that took full advantage of our pitched/flat roof combination. The team were friendly, professional and efficient. The installation went smoothly with minimal disruption and we are more than happy with the system they have installed -and already saving money on our energy bills!

This is the 4th time that Rygol have done my annual PAT test. They always turn up on time and then so quick and efficient. Definitely recommend them.

I just wanted to praise this amazing company , I rang this company after my elderly parents woke to no electricity and were in a bit of a panic, they answered straight away , the lady was lovely and said they would try to get someone out that same day , as promised at 3 pm , an engineer knocked on the door, his name was Ben, and put my mum and dad at ease straight away. Got on with the job, and would not leave untill the job was sorted. If you need a reliable, professional and friendly company , then this is the company for you. 5 out of 5 stars.

What a joy in a market full of cowboys to find a company that inspires confidence. From the first contact, when we raised our concern over reduced solar production, we were engaged in dialogue and our questions were answered readily. When Leon diagnosed an external fault Rygol made all the arrangements for scaffolding to be put up; on the agreed day, Leon and Ben carried out a detailed inspection of the solar panels, located and repaired the fault, and additionally cleaned the panels. All was done with efficiency and good humour and, again, we were kept fully in the picture throughout. All this was done for a very reasonable price.

Ben did an excellent job installting the EV charger. Punctual, tidy and professional and ensured the charger and app were working correctly. Highly recommend the team at Rygol and will not hesitate to use them again.

Ben did a first class job finding the optimal positioning of the unit and cable run. His work was neat and his manner friendly and helpful.
