We used Steve and Joe to completely renovate our main bathroom and do some retiling works in our ensuite. Being an architect & interior designer, we designed the bathroom ourselves and bought all of the fittings, but the team were excellent in working with us to make sure the trades on site knew exactly how we wanted the work to be carried out. Excellent communication throughout, polite & considerate staff on site (working around a busy household) and great quality of work and virtually no snagging. Would recommend without hesitation. I contracted Steve to fit an new shower and enclosure for my elderly mum after several let downs from other companies. His team acted very professionally and completed the work quickly, cleanly and to an excellent standard. The staff present well and are a pleasure to deal with, from the team on the ground to the back office. I would highly recommend Steve and his team and I will be contacting them again for any future work. Five stars.

We are really pleased with the work carried out by the team in installing our new heating system. Eric, Ian and Michael did a great job. Also the roofer whose name I don't know. The guys were all pleasant and had respect for our property. They left everything tidy at the end of each day and did a clean-up when everything was finished. We would thoroughly recommend Steve and his team for any plumbing and heating work.

I had my new boiler fitted by Stephen a few years ago, maybe 4 or 5 years now. I have had it serviced each year and each time the engineers have been super efficient and friendly. Recent service was 2 days ago and it was Callum , he's been twice now .Hope to see him again for next years annual service. Good aftercare and communication. They get in touch each year to remind me the service is due and always offer me dates times etc that suit me best and have never let me down. Once one of the engineers were running a bit late but he rang to let me know. I recommended 2 friends who needed new boilers and they both were very satisfied with work carried out.

I found Steve via Which Trusted Trader and enquired about new bathrooms. At the same time, I had a large wishlist about the renovation of the rest of our 100 sq.m. apartment. Steve expressed interest in the other work and ended up project managing the entire refurbishment, bringing in other companies to execute different parts of the project. Over 6 months we had 2 new bathrooms (Steve's own company), new flooring, door frames, architraves, and skirting boards throughout, some new internal doors, a kitchen re-spray, new wardrobes, redecorating throughout, and Steve also hung new curtain poles and blinds fixtures for us. We finished on the date I had set and it all came to the budget I had allocated at the start. Steve is a genuinely lovely man, and he and his band of craftsmen friends are outstanding. They are a pleasure to have in your home as not only is their work first class (in a tricky 3rd-floor flat, too), but they are all really nice men. And after the relatively short space of 6 months, we emerged living in what feels like a brand new home. Having heard in the media and from family and friends some true horror stories in the past, I cannot recommend Steve more highly, he is utterly brilliant and will be my first port-of-call for any future work.

We had a problem with a water leak which found its way into our downstairs lighting and irreparably damaged one of our fittings. We called S Fearn Plumbing & Heating who arranged an appointment for a couple of days later. Their representative Calum carried out a thorough investigation into the likely cause of the problem which as it turned out was thankfully less serious than originally thought being traced back to defective sealant and grouting in the upstairs shower rather than leaky pipe work. Calum assisted with checking the electrics to ensure that there was no continuing water ingress following completion of work to reseal the problem areas. Good reliable service and Calum was a very good ambassador for the company

I recently had a Worcester Bosch boiler fitted by Steve Fearn of Leeds. He was recommended on the Worcester Bosch website. I was very happy with the installation, Steve advised me clearly of all the necessary work and time to complete etc. the plumber carried out the work cleanly and efficiently and tidied up afterwards, Steve boxed in some exposed pipework a day later. A very good job all round.

We had a dripping tap in the kitchen and had been waiting for 6 months for a plumber to come as promised. I gave up at last, checked the Which? list and found Steven listed. He is only a few miles from us. I sent him an email. He phoned the same day and arranged to come a few days later. He did a temporary job, which cured the drip. And then called back yesterday with a new part to ensure the job was 100%. All done to times agreed with him. It is a joy to find someone who actually does what they promise. With other jobs in recent years, we have been ripped off and let down by different tradesmen. We will have him again, when needed and recommend him unreservedly.

We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom. It was made from scratch on the top floor of our old house, so not an easy job. Steve, Dave and their team did an excellent job and not phased by anything. It’s exactly how we wanted it; solid and looks great. Steve has done a few jobs in our house and I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends. It’s a comfort to know a reliable plumber.

I chose the toilet and basin from one of his brochures and i was given advice on what would fit. I chose well. Steve arrived on time and took his boots off immediately on entering my house. I was able leave him to get on with the work as he came well recommended. He left the bathroom very clean. As the work took less time than he had expected he gave me a discount. I would highly recommend him. 5 stars.

Steve and his team fitted a new bathroom for us. From the first visit he came across as a very competent, positive and experienced professional. He really listened to what we wanted and offered ideas that we had not considered before. His quote stacked up well against other companies and I think he offers good value for money. Steve was always on time, worked hard and cleaned up afterwards. He even liaised with his own suppliers when ours let us down at short notice. I will definitely be using him again.

Steve attended my daughters house after several issues with the landlord not adhering to gas safe policy and a dangerous boiler, fire and hob. He was able to act fast and effectively to cap of the gas using the proper procedure throughout to keep all safe in the house including a young child. Had a new cloakroom fitted from scratch. Really pleased with all aspects of the work carried out. Steve arrived punctually on day & time arranged. He introduced two other guys (Richard & Dominic) who would also be working on the cloakroom over next few days. They were all really polite & comfortable to have around the house. We had a leak after the work was done

Steve has done several jobs in my house , including sorting a blocked toilet (ugh!), and re-plumbing radiators. He works quickly, knows his job, and charges a fair price. What recommends him particular to me is that if a job is not to your satisfaction, he returns and puts things right without quibble, which is the mark of a truly reliable tradesman. I will definitely be using him again.

Steve changed my gas boiler in December, one radiator and installed a new electric shower. I was concerned about being left in the cold at that time of year, but actually I was without heat for only a short time. Steve provided a written quote in advance, did the work on the agreed days and to a high standard, including the flush. His approach was sincere and respectful- I would have no issue sending him to my elderly mother's house to work. He was not at all pushy and seems grateful that I asked him to do the annual service.
