We had a problem with a water leak which found its way into our downstairs lighting and irreparably damaged one of our fittings. We called S Fearn Plumbing & Heating who arranged an appointment for a couple of days later. Their representative Calum carried out a thorough investigation into the likely cause of the problem which as it turned out was thankfully less serious than originally thought being traced back to defective sealant and grouting in the upstairs shower rather than leaky pipe work. Calum assisted with checking the electrics to ensure that there was no continuing water ingress following completion of work to reseal the problem areas. Good reliable service and Calum was a very good ambassador for the company

I recently had a Worcester Bosch boiler fitted by Steve Fearn of Leeds. He was recommended on the Worcester Bosch website. I was very happy with the installation, Steve advised me clearly of all the necessary work and time to complete etc. the plumber carried out the work cleanly and efficiently and tidied up afterwards, Steve boxed in some exposed pipework a day later. A very good job all round.

We had a dripping tap in the kitchen and had been waiting for 6 months for a plumber to come as promised. I gave up at last, checked the Which? list and found Steven listed. He is only a few miles from us. I sent him an email. He phoned the same day and arranged to come a few days later. He did a temporary job, which cured the drip. And then called back yesterday with a new part to ensure the job was 100%. All done to times agreed with him. It is a joy to find someone who actually does what they promise. With other jobs in recent years, we have been ripped off and let down by different tradesmen. We will have him again, when needed and recommend him unreservedly.

We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom. It was made from scratch on the top floor of our old house, so not an easy job. Steve, Dave and their team did an excellent job and not phased by anything. It’s exactly how we wanted it; solid and looks great. Steve has done a few jobs in our house and I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends. It’s a comfort to know a reliable plumber.

I chose the toilet and basin from one of his brochures and i was given advice on what would fit. I chose well. Steve arrived on time and took his boots off immediately on entering my house. I was able leave him to get on with the work as he came well recommended. He left the bathroom very clean. As the work took less time than he had expected he gave me a discount. I would highly recommend him. 5 stars.

Steve and his team fitted a new bathroom for us. From the first visit he came across as a very competent, positive and experienced professional. He really listened to what we wanted and offered ideas that we had not considered before. His quote stacked up well against other companies and I think he offers good value for money. Steve was always on time, worked hard and cleaned up afterwards. He even liaised with his own suppliers when ours let us down at short notice. I will definitely be using him again.

Steve attended my daughters house after several issues with the landlord not adhering to gas safe policy and a dangerous boiler, fire and hob. He was able to act fast and effectively to cap of the gas using the proper procedure throughout to keep all safe in the house including a young child.
