Steve attended my daughters house after several issues with the landlord not adhering to gas safe policy and a dangerous boiler, fire and hob. He was able to act fast and effectively to cap of the gas using the proper procedure throughout to keep all safe in the house including a young child. Had a new cloakroom fitted from scratch. Really pleased with all aspects of the work carried out. Steve arrived punctually on day & time arranged. He introduced two other guys (Richard & Dominic) who would also be working on the cloakroom over next few days. They were all really polite & comfortable to have around the house. All hard workers with great attention to detail. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve and the guys. Thank you.

Steve has done several jobs in my house , including sorting a blocked toilet (ugh!), and re-plumbing radiators. He works quickly, knows his job, and charges a fair price. What recommends him particular to me is that if a job is not to your satisfaction, he returns and puts things right without quibble, which is the mark of a truly reliable tradesman. I will definitely be using him again.

Steve changed my gas boiler in December, one radiator and installed a new electric shower. I was concerned about being left in the cold at that time of year, but actually I was without heat for only a short time. Steve provided a written quote in advance, did the work on the agreed days and to a high standard, including the flush. His approach was sincere and respectful- I would have no issue sending him to my elderly mother's house to work. He was not at all pushy and seems grateful that I asked him to do the annual service.

I needed a new shower and supply fitting, a replacement wash hand basin fitting, and an old gas fire removing and the supply disconnecting. In all 3 cases Steve sent separate written quotes clearly breaking down all the costs involved, as requested. The work was carried out neatly, and any mess cleared up. Steve was a very careful, skilled worker, with attention to detail. He always took the trouble at every stage to check with me that he was carrying out the job to my satisfaction- this is not something that always happens with other traders! He was very pleasant and polite to deal with, though due to his popularity you may have to wait a little for his services. I would not hesitate to recommend him - definitely worth waiting for!

Steve got back to me quickly after my call for help (leaking pipe), came round early on a Saturday morning and fixed the problem efficiently and charged a very reasonable fee. He was also helpful with advice about repairs. I will definitely use his expertise again.
