Gary and Charlie were the best tradesmen you could want once the job was started. They worked quietly and efficiently and nothing phazed them, even having to manipulate their house-size ladders through my window to access the site. They were so considerate of my house that I I could hardly tell they were there but when I did meet one of them they were always cheery and nice to have around. I was given excellent photos of the chimney, before and after work and of the finished flashing on my roof. Both jobs looked terrific and I have waited for rain before writing this. Nothing happened, no leak! Clearing up after the job was immaculate and so far, I am totally satisfied. Gary has assured me that if I should not be at any time then I am to get back in touch. I think the only time I might be in touch is if I need anything else done on my roof as I wouild definitely go back to SNK.

We were very happy with the job. We travel abroad while they were working. Everything was done as planned. We will use their service again and we already recommend them to friends. Here details of their job: 1. To erect scaffolding to front and rear of the property. 2. To remove all roof coverings from main roof and front and rear lower roofs. 3. To check all timbers for soundness and stability. 4. To respike any timbers as necessary using galvanised nails. 5. To felt roof using high quality tyvek breathable roofing felt. 6. To batton roof using 25mm×50mm roofing batton. 7. Replace all flashings, soakers, valleys etc. Using code 4 lead. 8. To Re Slate roof using best quality natural Spanish delprado slates and fix using copper nails. 9. To rebed new terracotta ridge tiles to main roof using 3 in 1 mortar mix.
