Management and standard of work
Having been let down by a previous tradesman, the installation of a new Worcester gas boiler undertaken by SOS was a complete success . The management of the job from start to finish was excellent and the boiler was installed on time without a hitch . Well done to all.

What work did they do? They freed the main water supply stopcock, which was stuck. Was it done to the agreed schedule and budget? Yes. What made the trader stand out? Plumber arrived on time and quickly identified and fixed the problem. He explained to me the probable cause (of the sticking stopcock) and how to prevent it happening again. Very good service, I would recommend S.O.S Plumbing LTD.

We had a problem with a leaking tap and with only a few days left before Christmas I was concerned there wouldn't be any time left to get it sorted. How wrong I was! I called SOS on Monday morning and the plumber was here within an hour. He was pleasant, friendly and really efficient. Within a few hours of calling SOS, the job was completed. Amazing service from the SOS team!.

BOILER NOT WORKING
I used SOS Plumbing Limited after recommendation from a neighbour. Their engineer arrived as the boiler had not been firing up and I was having to use the reset button. It appeared to be OK on his visit but I had the same problem a couple of days later. I rang SOS, the same engineer came out promptly and the bearing plate and electrodes have now been replaced as he suspected would be necessary if the problem persisted. The boiler is now working properly, thank goodness in this very cold weather. I have found SOS very helpful in sorting out the problem and would recommend them.

Great Service
This is the second time I have used SOS Plumbing and have been extremely pleased with the service they have provided. Most recently I had 2 dripping/leaking radiator valves, a simple job, or so I thought. The job was more complicated but Freddie the plumber that attended, sorted it all out without any drama, arrived on time and was courteous. I would definately use SOS again for any more plumbing jobs that crop up and would recommend wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Had a new boiler fitted this week by SOS plumbing and heating engineers Macclesfield. Excellent workmanship. Had issues with the meter which they dealt with very efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

We had our new boilers from SOS and were so impressed with the quality of their workmanship and general professionalism, that we decided to engage with their annual service schedule. We have not been disappointed at all; the communications are always timely,the engineers are informative and a pleasure to have in the house. Most importantly for us,SOS are a local company and this is important for us. We would highly recommend this company to anyone,having had experienced other,not so professional companies in the past.
