The cistern for my toilet was overfilling and water was dripping onto the floor. I couldn’t see how to fix it myself, it needed to be done by a qualified plumber. I was extremely lucky to get help immediately from Stephen at S&R Plumbing and Maintenance who phoned me and identified the problem from the photo I sent him. He explained that the system couldn’t be repaired, it was 15 years old. I agreed with his practical advise and was happy with the very reasonable estimate for the work. He arranged to come the next day at the best time for me, and brought all the new parts needed with him. I felt I was in very good hands, he’s so experienced and knowledgeable. In less than an hour, everything was sorted and working again. I really appreciated his help and kindness. I’ll definitely be using his services again

Sal & Stephen and their team did a terrific job. They took out my old grungy bathroom, with a leaking shower, and in the small space available designed a brand new bright and cheerful bathroom with elegant walk in shower. I appreciated that they were respectful of my apartment whilst they were working and kept everything as clean and tidy as possible. They regularly updated me and if I had any queries or concerns they responded rapidly, even in the evenings and weekends. I thoroughly recommend using their services!

Steve came to see me & look around the house & offered his advice after I called him in to look at job for us doing my shed & extension well I was that happy with his understanding of the build & exactly how I wanted it done I couldn't refuse him. The work was the best standard I could ever hope for & Steve in control at all times as he said. Stephen did an amazing turnover on my bathroom renovation. I honestly thought there was no hope for my bathroom in the beginning. My renovation started around 2 weeks ago and finished this morning. I am in shock at the great work that has been done I would 100% recommend and use this service again. I am extremely happy with my tiling and paint work. I can tell it’s good quality, definitely getting your moneys worth!

Steve was, from start to finish, fantastic. I had tried two of my previous trusted plumbers before calling and was answered immediately. We discussed the issue and he was able to visit me later that day. Drains were blockage free in no time at all and Steve was very professional and friendly throughout. There were no surprise fees or hidden costs and he had already quoted me a price over the phone. Salvatore worked really efficiently and told me everything that was wrong with my boiler, my boiler broke down and he fixed it by replacing the pump and the prv.
