I called Scott after I heard something running around in the loft and the between- the-floor spaces. He came within a couple of days, and had a good look around for signs of activity or entry points. He laid traps in the most likely spaces, and told me about some bird related activity that was going on in the loft. He identified a potential place of entry for the birds and advised that I needed to get that blocked up. He came back a couple of weeks later, and again two weeks after that to refresh/monitor and then remove the traps. With no obvious rodent activity at any of the sites we concluded the birds are the most likely cause of the sound. His activity reassured me that I’ve not got rodents in the house. He kept all the appointments made, contacted me the day before each one to confirm, and notified me of his likely arrival time on the day. When he was in the house he wore dust covers over his shoes, and left the place as he found it.

Scott was friendly, efficient and clearly very knowledgeable. When faced with rats in a corner of my terraced house in east London, Scott quickly identified where they were getting in. His obvious expertise was very reassuring and after his third visit we are confident the rats have gone. He also gave sound advice to prevent any future return of London’s booming rat population. I contacted S & S Pest Control about some wasps that had set up home in the roof tiles of my house. After several email exchanges with Scott on Thursday afternoon, including a quoted price, he turned up promptly the following morning. The nest was dealt with, and there is no sign of them now. Scott was very informative about the process and even offered to come back a week later if they were still around, which was not required. All in all, a great service and I will definitely be calling on S & S again if there are any more problems in the future. Top company.

Couldn't recommend S&S Pest Control more highly - very friendly, professional, and always on time. Scott is clearly very experienced and straight away identified how the rats were able to access the property through a hole next to a drain outside the building. Scott took a forensic approach to understanding the extent of the problem and in dealing with the issue quickly, and every step along the way was explained to us, which was very reassuring. Hopefully, I won't have to deal with a similar issue again, but if I do, I wouldn't think twice about contacting Scott again.

I had a great experience with S&S Pest Control when it came to investigating a potential mouse problem in my home. I felt reassured from the first call. Throughout the whole process, Scott and his colleague were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. We went with S&S to address a potential rat problem. Scott was incredibly responsive and professional throughout. He clearly has extensive expertise and experience and was generally very reassuring and good at explaining the options and processes involved. Fortunately, we did not actually have a pest issue after all and so we cannot comment on removal effectiveness, but we were nonetheless really impressed by the inspection and monitoring service that we received and would definitely use S&S again if we have any future pest issues.

I contacted S & S Pest Control about a problem with pigeons. It was a relief to find a company that is professional, reliable, honest and quick to reply to communications. The job wasn’t urgent but they arrived within 2 days, took a photo of an area that I couldn’t see which proved the problem wasn’t as bad as I thought, completed the job, cleaned up and disinfected the area. I will recommend this company to anyone who is unlucky enough to need them.

Scott & his team ( Mark ) replied promptly . I had squirrel in loft . They assessed the problem very quickly , explained everything in great detail ,showing a great knowledge of various Pests and left traps . A plan was made & several weeks later Scott returned to get rid of the pest . They were very polite , very clean & tidy . They always came when they said . Scott & his team did an excellent job . We had an infestation of rats on our property and I hired S&S Pest Control to eradicate the problem. This consisted of an initial visit to evaluate the problem and set baitstations, and then further visits at set intervals to monitor. Every visit was helpful and educational, and Scott was always contactable, expalined everything in detail and very polite. Their strategy worked as predicted and they eradicated the problem. I would use them again and definitely recommend them to anyone else.

Scott is a very good communicator sticking to times and dates as agreed. Clearly very knowledgeable in this area. He was highly recommended by our neighbour who had been through several other pest control service providers, none of which solved the rat problem, before finding and sticking with Scott. Our problem turned out to be Starlings nesting in the loft so we will wait until they fledge before taking any action. Pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.
