I found Scott on here - he replied within an hour and came round the next day to deal with two wasp nests at the back of my property. He was quick, efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and didn’t sting us on the price (see what I did there!) ha! Would highly recommend!

We came to Trusted Traders site to look for a reviewed pest controller after we discovered we had squirrels in our loft. We contacted Scott, who very quickly returned our call, talked us through the process and arranged to attend the property. He arrived promptly and was extremely polite, professional and was happy to answer any questions we had. He checked the whole property including the garage to establish whether or not activity had spread and then talked through the plan of action with us. His visits were at very minimal inconvenience to us and his work was tidy and did not pose any risk to the household (full details of substances used are advised to you). Scott is very mindful of the need to eradicate pests, but in a humane manner, which he explains to you to allay any concerns. Would recommend this service/company to anyone.

After the initial telephone conversation, where we discussed our problem, the work needed & steps he would take to help us....we immediately felt better about our problem. I can't stress enough the despair & mental health struggles that some kinds of pest problems cause, but with Scott's first visit, he presented himself in a very professional way, proving to be calming & knowledgeable. Scott is a very good communicator sticking to times and dates as agreed. Clearly very knowledgeable in this area. He was highly recommended by our neighbour who had been through several other pest control service providers, none of which solved the rat problem, before finding and sticking with Scott. Our problem turned out to be Starlings nesting in the loft so we will wait until they fledge before taking any action. Pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

We had an infestation of rats on our property and I hired S&S Pest Control to eradicate the problem. This consisted of an initial visit to evaluate the problem and set baitstations, and then further visits at set intervals to monitor. Every visit was helpful and educational, and Scott was always contactable, expalined everything in detail and very polite. Their strategy worked as predicted and they eradicated the problem. I would use them again and definitely recommend them to anyone else.

S&S Pest Control provide an excellent service. I had a squirrel coming into my loft. S&S Pest Control attending my property promptly and dealt with the problem as quickly as they could. Scott & his team ( Mark ) replied promptly . I had squirrel in loft . They assessed the problem very quickly , explained everything in great detail ,showing a great knowledge of various Pests and left traps . A plan was made & several weeks later Scott returned to get rid of the pest . They were very polite , very clean & tidy . They always came when they said . Scott & his team did an excellent job .
