I enquired about a quote for all my windows and doors to be replaced including 2 out house building doors. I requested a same day quote at short notice which Carl happily agreed to. Carl arrived at the agreed time, I explained what I wanted and was provided with a quote that was a great price. We agreed to go ahead the same day. The communication was great with Carl and Dean from the start, they arrived on time as agreed and were very professional. The workmanship from these guys is to the highest standard, they take care of your property and clean as they go, my house was left spotless. Nothing was too much for these guy at all, they even helped put my blinds back up. No payment was requested or required until the job had been completed. Communication is excellent, They come when expected and respond quickly to any queries i might have. They are a very pleasant pair who you can trust to do a good job. Local firm recommended on Which TT site, engaged to replace nearly all windows in 3-bed semi: - zero pressure/ 'bad salesperson' tactics on initial visit, clear and concise explanation of options - price was 2/3rds that of next lowest quote, invoice was as quoted - came when they said they would, day and time. - were flexible when we had to postpone because of other work being done on house - got on quietly with the work (+ no music player!) - cleaned up afterwards and cleaned glass and frames so no finger marks after installation - were polite and helpful throughout - explained opening system and best ways to keep glass and frames clean - windows all work well and look great! Thoroughly recommended!

Carl and Dean came today to replace frame and glazing in sunroom. I cannot praise this firm and those lovely friendly fellows highly enough. Communication was excellent from first to last, everything went to plan. Everywhere was left clean and tidy. Very reasonably priced, and nothing to pay until the job had been completed to my satisfaction. I will certainly recommend and use this firm again in the future. It’s nice to feel that you aren’t being ripped off in this day and age.

Got new double glazed windows and the guys were very punctual Very hard working, all work was completed in a timely manner to a very high standard and cleaned up everything after each days work would highly recommend them thanks a lot guys

We were looking to replace all of our old PVC windows. Some of them were more than 30 years old and showing condensation between the panes. I did research in my area and sent a simple tender document out to four local firms for on-line prices. I also reviewed all of the available social media feedback and Safe N Secure windows of Armley, Leeds had the best. Their price was also very competitive so I took the opportunity to go and visit their premises (to validate that they were real) and to meet with Carl, one of the owners. I looked at product samples (Duraflex - made in the UK - important to me), firmed up the prices and approximate timeframe for the installation. They carried out a measuring survey and the order was placed, however they told me that they did not require a deposit! About five weeks later Carl called to say that our windows were manufactured and when would we like them installed. Carl and his brother Dean turned up on the appointed date and started work. We were impressed with the care and attention they exercised in our home. Dust sheets were laid and they tidied up and removed all of the glass and frames each day. During our daily chats it became apparent that Carl and Dean have extensive experience of installing windows in Yorkshire. After the final window went in and we confirmed that we were happy with the job, they presented the invoice (exactly the same figure we agreed three months previously). Happy to recommend Safe N Secure.

Stated which windows & doors we would like, not at any point did we feel pressured. Very satisfied with the service, took the 2 days to complete which is what we were told. Went the extra mile & put our blinds back up after completion cleaned up after themselves...... Would certainly recommend.

Excellent company to deal with from first contact to ordering new door and fitting on the day agreed. Very professional and also neat and tidy no mess left and old door taken away. Have recommended this company to my daughter who also needs a new door. They were very reasonable and quick from the start of fitting the door. I used Dean and Carl last year to replace all but my bay window. I have now had them back to do our bay window. Everything was perfect, from the initial quotation, measuring, ordering and fitting. I needed a replacement for the very old wooden door to my old coal house in the side of my house. From the first contact to enquire about price the team at Safe N Secure have been first class. Very professional but also very friendly. An on site visit to advise as to type of door needed and to take measurements and quote price soon took place. As soon as the door was made it was fitted early on the day agreed. Old door taken away and everything left clean and tidy. I am delighted with the new door. Felt compelled to write a review to thank Carl and his team team for doing a great job at our house - a difficult upstairs bay window and balcony doors. From initial contact through to build complete Carl has been excellent, and the quality of the build is excellent. I can certainly recommend them, and will use them again.

Replaced all our windows and also front door. All work done in two days as scheduled and within quoted budget. Really impressed by the speed and efficiency with which the work was carried out and also very tidy, no mess to clear up afterwards. The windows and door look fantastic and have transformed our home. Do not expect a guy in a suit. From start to finish, communication, quote, fitting are all done by a highly qualified tradesman. Dean arrived as scheduled to carry out a survey and provide a quote. Within ten minutes he had provided a satisfactory competitive price. He explained that due to the Covid-19 virus delivery could take longer. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a call to say the windows were ready. The team worked tirelessly from start to finish, 7 windows fitted in a day and a half. Clean tidy work, finished to a superior standard. Communication was excellent throughout, helpful advise and preparation to enable us to refit our secondary double glazing to the new windows. I used this company as it was recommended to me and I wasn't disappointed. They came out gave me a very reasonable quote, no sales pitch no pressure just a standard price which I loved. Arranged a date for fitting, arrived on the dot and worked none stop until my windows were fitted. Lovely guys very friendly and very clean. My new windows look amazing I could not be happier.

I found Safe N Secure on google and after reading the numerous quality reviews, chose to have them come and quote for 3 new bay windows and a bathroom window. The guys turned up prompt, friendly and the price was spot on. A date was set, the works were carried out in a very timely manner - and the final result is superb. Exactly what we were after. A like for like set of bay windows with the lead styling to be in-keeping with the rest of the street. Will definitely be having Carl and his team back to do the other windows in the house in the future. Highly recommended.

Great price & great service. Gave us a great no nonsense quote straight to the point & measured up the following week. Fitted four weeks later, and what a superb job they did. Very pleased with all the work, the job was completed much quicker than anticipated and cleaned up after themselves and left no mess what so ever. After weeks of getting quotes( some very high/reasonable) for the replacement of 2 windows upstairs, I came across safe n secure and from the 1st phone call I was treated really well, they came out for a visit and gave me a quote which I was very happy with but I decided to extend my bathroom window slightly. So I gave them a ring again and they came out for the 2nd time with a revised quote which again was great so went ahead with the work. Roughly about 4-5 weeks later I had them fitted and we are absolutely over the moon with the standard of the work. Safe to say when I get round to replacing the other windows I'll be using them again. I organised all my works through Steve, he was great.

We had 10 windows ,a new composite front door and French doors fitted. All in all an excellent job by a great local company. Very tidy and friendly. Can't fault .

We had one composite door, one UPVC door, and 3 windows (including a bay window) replaced. The quote was competitive, the quality of the product very good and the standard of workmanship excellent. The 3 workmen turned up on time, were polite and cheerful throughout and completed the work in one day. They did a good clear up job at the end. All backed up by a FENSA certificate and warranty.
