Salop Glass provided a great service from start to finish, replacing 50 year old French doors with a modern updated version. They were professional, friendly and offered invaluable advice to make sure we got the product that would best suit our needs. Fitting was quick and tidy, very happy and have asked them to quote for another job we were so impressed. Would definitely recommend!

I needed to replace a faulty double glazed storm casement window which can also be used as a fire escape. Salop Glass is very busy but it took less than 4 weeks for the window to be fitted from the time of my initial quote. The new window is French casement and of very good quality. The bedroom is now a lot quieter, which is an added bonus I didn't expect. I also like the fact the window vent is divided into 2 adjustable smaller vents so I can just open one side at night in very windy weather, still allowing good ventilation. You may pay a bit more than some companies but the quality stands out. I found all the staff pleasant and very willing to explain some things I wasn't sure about.

I would just like to say a big thank you to Salop Glass for the efficient and professional way my order was processed, delivered and fitted. The order consisted of a large made to measure mirror that had to fit exactly into a restricted alcove. A special mention must be given to Mark, who came out to check all of my measurements first before the order was processed. And when the time came, delivered and fitted the said mirror expertly in every respect. Even to the point of cleaning it and tidying up the very little mess he made. From start to finish a painless experience. I needed three new windows and a new front door for a rental property in Shrewsbury. The property was tenanted. Initial phone call was helpful, survey booked, appointment was agreed for a Saturday morning (the surveyor had to postpone a family appointment and I was grateful for his flexibility). Very friendly professional and experienced guy. Professional drawings produced. Ballpark realistic timescale given, fixed price agreed, windows ordered. Kept regularly informed, and in due course Salop Glass liaised directly with my Tenant, agreed a date for fitting (postponed by my tenant). Agreed another date and turned up and completed the job whilst I was out of the country. I inspected a few days later and the finish inside and outside was immaculate. No ugly gaps, no damage to decoration inside. Lovely job. Start to finish from quote to finished job was 2.5 calendar months. Everything was as they said it would be. No nasty surprises whatsoever. I wouldn't hesitate to use this firm again.

Salop Glass replaced two window panes and one patio door pane very efficeintly, quickly and without any mess or damage to the windows. The work was completed on time and budget. Staff were pleasant and polite. If required I would use them again.

Having dealt with Salop Glass in the past we were happy for them to carry out French door replacement and new glazing at my daughters house. Thanks to my careless use of a strummer I needed to replace a window. Salop glass were the nearest company to us, and hadn’t invested in the sponsored links that we all detest. After a call and a measure up the new window was fitted. It was that simple.

We had our double glazing and doors done by Salop G&G 3 odd years ago. Around a week ago I had a problem with three of my doors, where one wouldn’t shut at all. I called and within an hour they responded. During the week they came round and fixed all doors very quickly. The team were professional, friendly and worked efficiently. After the weekend the team contacted me to make sure everything was ok and if I had any problem to get in touch. I would like to add that in the past I have contacted Salop with queries about my glazing and they have always been prompt to respond and come out to see the potential problem. These guys are worth every penny.
