I was really impressed by the work done replacing our window glass in various parts of our building. From measuring to fitting it was done with polite professionalism and with a smile. I definitely got the impression their employees were happy to work there. Happy people equals good service. Recommend very highly and would definitely use again if needed.

Measured up and quoted for work quickly, units prepared and fitted promptly without undue lead in time by careful and friendly operative. We had 5 windows fitted of different sizes and glass type. Quote was fast and efficient. Communication was excellent and frequent without being encroaching. Quality of product was great. This was only a small job, but it required two people and a van to transport the large new pane and remove the old one. Salop Glass came out to measure the job at the appointed day and time and I received the quote by email shortly afterwards. The new pane arrived on the day and at the time as booked and was fitted in less than an hour. The two guys who did the job were thoroughly professional and took care to answer my questions, particularly about where to find the toughened glass mark. I was very impressed with the standard of the work and can fully recommend Salop Glass and Glazing to anyone.

We have just moved into a new house and needed to fit a cat flap. However it wasn’t possible to fit in the composite door so we contacted Salop Glass to ask if putting in through a patio window was an option. Very helpful team who came out quickly to look at the job, clearly explaining what they were going to do, then the glass was ordered and they also bought the cat flap too. They arrived with the replacement glass and very easily switched the original pane for the new one. Good advice to keep the original pane for future owners. Excellent service from all the team. On the two occasions I have had panes fitted. I would say the service has been very good. The two fitters were very polite and friendly. They arrived at the time stated and were very efficient. I am very pleased with the new windows.

A replacement of aluminium glass in a patio door. I rang the company and an employee was sent around that afternoon, after which I received a quote within a short period. The glass was fitted to an agreed schedule and very reasonably priced. The two fitters were extremely pleasant , very competent and professional with their job. I was highly delighted throughout.

In June last year I had a new front door fitted to my bungalow. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work and the service provided. When my back door needed replacing I had no hesitation in returning to this company and again the quality and service were excellent.

Salop Glass were a joy to deal with from the initial meeting to the completion of the project. Salop Glass were a breath of fresh air after our nightmare when we had previously ordered windows from Heritage Glass - only for them to provide poor product matching and shoddy workmanship, then going bust before they rectified their mistakes. We have only positive praise for our experience of working with Salop Glass.

Salop were competitive when they quoted, and adjusted their quote as we changed our requirements with no issues. They replaced three outside doors with new composite ones, two conventional and one stable door. They also removed some brickwork to create a pair of French doors. All were fitted within three days with only some tidying and making good to render adding a part day over. The fitters were tidy and clean and polite throughout the work. We are very pleased with the installation.

I got three quotes from local companies to replace two external doors. Salop Glass & Glazing were quick to respond, explained options clearly, and also provided a competitive quote. They turned up at the agreed time and completed the work neatly and to my satisfaction.

I had coloured splash backs and mirrors installed by Salop Glass. They were very friendly and helpful and I was pleased with the price. The workmen did a clean and tidy job.

Salop Glass overcharged me by 35% for a piece of tempered glass. Unfortunately for me I didn't find out until there was a problem with it. They were unhelpful and unpleasant to deal with. Although they failed to check ALL the measurements on my drawing and assumed certain measurements, they blamed me entirely. I agreed that the problem was partly my fault and we agreed to another piece been supplied at a reduced price. They never called me back with this price. While I waiting I obtained a price from a competitor and was disgusted to find that it was 35% cheaper than Salop Glass. I phoned Salop Glass and asked for the reduced price and was given a price 10% dearer than there competitors normal price.

We've dealt with many traders over the years and these are by far the worst we've ever had the misfortune fortune to deal with. 7 windows And two doors were ordered in May 18 and the work was completed in Jan 19! We had issues with fitters not showing up when arranged, faulty glass, faulty windows, 3 months of no contact what so ever. Finally they did get in contact with the final bill even though the job was still unfinished. They certainly talk the talk and have an excuse for everything. There customer service is shocking but quality control even worst.
