I had used Jim and his team from Samson Windows a few years ago to fit a new French door and was very pleased with the advice given on design and the minimal disruption when fitting. I chose Samson again when I needed replacements for all my windows because I felt I could rely on the service given. I am pleased that I did. Jim again gave sound advice on design and the fitting was carried out very competently. Inevitably there was some minor damage to external rendering but this was replaced with new pale coloured render which was barely noticeable when the work was completed. Very happy with the new windows and the service given.

We had 10 windows installed. Jim spent a lot of time with us before installation to check the site and ensure we were happy with our choice of style. He was very accommodating of our needs, including restrictions on timing and challenging access. All in all, this was a very professional and personalised service from Jim and his team.

We have had several windows replaced by Jim and they are always beautifully installed with great care. Jim went out of his way on this occasion to fit the windows just in time for other work to be done. Unfailingly polite and approachable the team work so professionally. Highly recommended.

I found Samson Windows through Which. Jim came to survey my property and gave me an honest assessment of what I needed and what my options were. I selected from a range of options and Jim and his colleague fitted my windows this week. They look fantastic and the workmanship is of a very high standard. Samson Windows have replaced all my windows and doors over the years. Yesterday we had a problem with our kitchen door, installed around 10 years ago. Jim visited within a few working hours and fixed it after a trip to get some spare parts. Great service and just what I've come to expect from him. Great value too!

My wife found this company by looking for local suppliers with a good reputation. After an initial telephone contact, we met on site and agreed a price. With an early delivery of the door from the manufacturer the installation happened earlier than expected. On the day of installation, the people turned up on time at 08:00 and all work was done by 12:00. There was no mess and everything worked just as expected.

Samson windows have recently fitted 2 doors and 6 windows to my property. All the work was completed within time frame given and the work was excellent. Highly recommended.

Samson's fitted windows in both our bathroom and toilet, in addition they also fitted a canopy over the back door. Everything was well done and with no problems and was entirely to our satisfaction. They also provided a 10 year guarantee and insurance cover for their work. I would happily use them at any time in the future.

Jim and Barry installed lounge and bedroom windows with the utmost skill, professionalism and care for my 93 yo Mum. In very cold conditions they made sure she was OK all through the process. Their attention to detail and the quality of their workmanship and windows supplied was superb. Both of us are very happy with everything.

OMgosh .... These guys are incredible ..!!! I had all the windows in my house replaced. It was 13 windows, patio door and front door replacement. From start to finish Jim was amazing. Always checking I was happy, willing to give time for decision and providing thoughts and invaluable experience to ensure the best for my property. Windows are a big decision. The workmanship of Jim and Barry is outstanding and they completed the whole job within a week. There was minimal disruption, clean, tidy, always on time and what a amazing result without damage internally or externally to my home. Jim (Samson Windows) was recommended to me by a relative who in turn got Jims details from a neighbour. The hardest part was getting Jim round to quote, he's always busy. When he came to quote, he fixed my patio doors whilst he was here. His guidance during the quotation process helped me to finalise my requirements with practical suggestions. The cost of the work is very competitive and once agreed Jim gave an installation date and kept to it. The work was completed with no fuss and the end result and quality of the products was excellent. I expected this due to this being the experience of those who recommended him. The follow up paperwork and guarantees all arrived as promised. Totally satisfied.

We first saw Jim and Barry installing windows on our neighbours house. I asked Jim If he could put a replacement Patio door and back door in for me, Jim measured up explained the options of the different products that were available, it was a friendly and comfortable visit without being pushy. The doors were fitted without problems, We were very happy with the patio door but especially the back door due to the design it made a vast difference to the kitchen. We have recently had 5 windows replaced at the front of our property by Jim and colleague from Samson Windows. The finish is excellent, the care they took during the installation was very reassuring and the extra attention to detail with regard to suggesting black sills and then painting black the sills on windows we hadn't replaced at no extra charge sets them above other tradesmen we have used.

Felt I had to write a positive review as we recently used Samson for the second time and each time we have been impressed by their customer service and end result. The first occasion we had doors fitted and more recently windows. In both instances Jim took the time to talk us through the various options and left us feeling confident we had made the right decision. Both jobs were completed on the day agreed and within the estimated timescale. We are very happy with our new doors and windows and would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

From the start, the process was very straightforward. Jim came and discussed options with me (socially distanced, of course) to replace most of the windows in my house. We are delighted with our new windows. A professional job from start to finish. Jim helped a lot with design ideas etc... which was helpful as we were planning a move from old wooden windows to smart new uPVC frames with an external anthracite grey finish. We are very pleased with the final result. The windows are great quality and have stopped our condensation problems (helped by going for the trickle vent option). We are waiting to order some more for the side of the house.

We had windows installed about 10 years ago and during that period had new doors (front/ back) done as well. The quality of the work and Jim's customer service is second to none. Today, I had a problem with one of the door locks and called Jim. He managed to come round at short notice and quickly resolved the problem without charging me. Absolutely superb.
