Prompt response to my request for quote for installation of replacement gas boiler
Tom was very helpful and offered two quotes to consider within my budget. He also advised in relation to a problem with hot water during the winter months and suggested a fix which was dealt with at the time of the boiler installation. We won't know if this worked until the colder weather is here. The work was carried out on a date asked for me by me and was carried out very efficiently and competently. All the procedures were explained and communicated clearly. Very friendly, the work was completed in a day with minimum fuss and everything left in a clean and tidy state. I would happily recommend this company.

Tom (owner) and his team provided exceptional service in installing a new gas boiler. From the initial contact, through the quotation and installation processes, everything was managed to the highest of professional standards. Jack and Tom(apprentice) were a delight to have in our house and I felt so sorry for them that they were unable to complete the job because of a difficult to budge blockage, which was cleared by Tom(owner) on the 2nd morning. These chaps had a clear pride in their work and were meticulous in cleanliness and protecting our home. Pricing was comparative to British Gas but cheaper than another local installer who quoted £1000 more! I chose Tom (HeatXpert) because his pre-sales processes were superior to those of British Gas and his package contained add-ons which were chargeable from British Gas e.g. power flush, 30-day follow-up check, 3 year boiler service plan post installation. Thank you all for your professionalism in doing a terrific job and your commitment to ongoing support.

The crew from HeatXpert provided me with an in-person site inspection to provide a quote that was significantly cheaper than British Gas (and quite a few local heating companies, too). They arrived on time, performed the work very professionally and pleasantly. There were some tricky problems with air in the pipes (there always are in old homes, and mine was no different, being over 70 years old), which caused issues with the new boiler operation (new electronic sensors are quite sensitive in new boilers). The next day, when the new boiler had stopped working, I called HeatXpert, and the boss came around that afternoon and didn't leave until he identified the issue and got it resolved (sometime after 9 pm). Now that is customer service and commitment to quality work (and the boilers have been working smoothly and quietly for a month now) I recommend them (and Tom in particular) for any boiler/heating needs you have.

Tom and his team fitted a new boiler, the hive system since mine was very old and worked on an old thermostat. Work was completed and looks great! Kept everything clean and tidy and put back together. Was shown how to use the Hive and has this mounted in my desired location. The team also moved and changed my water tank in the loft for a new one. I wanted it in a particular corner and they didn't question it, just moved it and made it work. Now I have a nice enclosed clean tank and the old one is gone! They also removed and disposed of all rubbish so there was nothing for me to do afterwards. Chose this company because Tom was very knowledgeable and professional, plus him and his team could more then just fit a boiler, so I can reach out in future for any other plumbing needs and know I’m in good hands.

Great boiler instalation!
From the off, Tom came across very professional and more importantly genuine. My current system was surveyed, and Tom advised on the way forward. I decided to go with Heatxpert and it was completed in a day and less than a week from the initial start. Great service throughout, the engineers explained what they were going to do and It took them a full day. We are really happy with the new boiler and the overall service from Tom and his team.
