We replaced the windows of our terraced house in South-West London. The windows were built and installed by Sashed. The whole process was hassle-free from choosing the material/design to the post-installation clear-up. The company customer care is exceptional throughout and Stephen and Mark deserve the five stars. The installation team (Karl and Dan) were superb - very efficient, very polite and friendly and they left the site in an immaculate state. The quality of the work is excellent - our new windows have made such a difference in terms of noise reduction and quality of sleep.

Having endured several strange quotations and pitches, I came across Sashed that seemed to provide an expert opinion alongside what appeared to be quality solutions for our windows that needed replacing. The quotation was by no means the cheapest that we had received, as I mentioned we had endured a strange process up to that point, but the ease and consistency alone made me feel comfortable to go ahead with the instruction (of course alongside generally being wowed by what was on offer) of what was a significant investment. The installation surpassed expectations. I was under no illusion that the relatively old house that I lived in would not be a simple job, but here we are today with a brand new set of windows that look fantastic and were completed within the designated time frame. I appreciate that it is a process that requires a lot of thought and time, but I would thoroughly recommend Sashed.

I couldn’t be happier to recommend Sashed unreservedly. The friendly team of Pat, Sam, Joel, Doug and Roger were outstanding in their communication, professionalism and all were COVID compliant. My six high quality stunningly beautiful windows were installed quietly with meticulous workmanship and the work was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. The project was completed well within the agreed timescale. When I changed my mind about the style of window locks, Pat cheerfully replaced them all the next day. This is an impressive company, maybe not the cheapest, but well worth the cost. It’s also reassuring that Sashed is eco conscious using only sustainable timber. I’m delighted with all aspects of the installation and most importantly the impressive finished result.

The whole process from initial consultation visit to installation went very smoothly. I appointed Sashed to replace my sash windows after reading reviews on Which? Trusted Traders and was not disappointed. Their work really exceeded my expectations as the finish and attention to detail really do have the WOW factor. Photos don't do their work justice. From the first time I contacted them, I was very impressed by their technical knowledge, explained in non jargon language, and awareness of local government regulations. (My flat is in a conservation area.) This was in contrast to other companies I contacted who probably assumed I was just concerned about the price. Their quote was detailed, transparent and reasonable and they broke down what materials they would use, giving me options (e.g. what type of wood, different fittings). Their customer service is also excellent as they respond quickly to enquiries and were punctual and courteous when the work was taking place. Buying / replacing sash windows isn't cheap and even though I received cheaper quotes from some other companies, I did not have the same level of confidence as I had when contacting Sashed. I would like to thank Steven, Sam, Pat and the rest of the team for making this job stress free. I strongly recommend Sashed if you need your sash windows replaced.

They were excellent all-round: their customer service was great; the fitters were professional and polite, worked fast and without disturbing us, answered any questions we had, and left the house spotlessly tidy at the end; and the windows look great and work really well. The windows were ordered and installed with the minimum of fuss. Sam collected the keys and went to measure without me needing to be onsite. On install day Karl, the fitter, was very quick and extremely helpful, even going out of his way to help reinstate some blinds and fix a leak under kitchen sink! The new windows also look great.

Sam and his team at Sashed were fantastic right from the very start. Their quote was transparent and arrived when they said it would with no chasing, and there was clear communication right the way through regarding the specification, lead times, and fitting arrangements. The fitters were polite, highly skilled, and - most importantly - tidy; they left the site absolutely gleaming. The windows themselves were tip top as well, with smooth mechanisms and high-quality paint and ironmongery. For the money spent I could not have asked for better, and even my site foreman (an ex-window fitter for a national chain of DIY box stores) was impressed. As a developer I deal with numerous subcontractors on everything from roofing to electrical/mechanical to carpet-fitting, and over 15 years I have had mixed fortunes with good and bad suppliers. Sashed are definitely going in my good book, I will use them again and again.

Totally efficient, professional and friendly experience from start to finish. I contacted Sashed after finding their excellent and informative website. Sam and his team helped me through the process of replacing every single sash window in our house. Their advice was helpful and practical and the quote for this major work was the most competitive I found after approaching a fair number of companies. I felt confident trusting them with the work as not only are they all a most pleasant bunch, they are also backed by several high profile industry schemes. The windows are absolutely beautiful now they have been fitted by the wonderful Karl and his team who were a delight to have working around the house. I can't fault their workmanship, attitude and willingness to make sure everything was finished to to the highest standard. Now that the job is complete the well designed high quality windows make the house look really fantastic and I have no reservations in recommending them as the company to trust for quality sash windows at a truly competitive price.

We live in a Victorian town house (four floors) and had all the UVPC windows (6 plus 2 bay windows with 3 separate windows in each) and 4 sets of doors replaced. The windows are wooden 'sash' windows (spiral balanced). The company was able to bespoke the windows to replicate other original ones in houses in the road and also replaced all the doors that matched the features of the original doors. We found the personnel of Sashed to be very knowledgeable and helpful during the process of us seeking a quotation. Once we agreed to use the company, the quotation was very competitive in price, the follow up survey was thorough. The quality of the windows and doors are very good and we are very pleased with them. The installation process took longer than originally planned due to some difficulties that were discovered when the old windows were removed. However, the making good is excellent and there is no sign of any the problems they uncovered. The follow up visit after installation was helpful, with a few very minor points dealt with quickly. Overall we were very impressed with the company and the whole process of replacing the windows and would be happy to recommend them to anyone who is considering having similar work done in their home
