Totally let down by this company. Got puncture at home, looked up mobile tyre fitters on Yell with my postcode as this company was first on list as covering my area. Called and gave details including address and postcode and we agreed would come between 9am - 12pm next day, as I needed car for urgent appt the day after that. Chased at 12.30pm and was told 15 minutes away, to 10 minutes later have call to check my postcode and asked, several times, if I was sure that was where I lived as he was 2 hours away. Yes, I know where I live! Turns out they wrote postcode down wrong, as SM rather than SN. They then informed me they don't actually cover my area and can't help me. The postcode they had written down doesn't even exist so they at no point beforehand checked. Made a already annoying situation much more painful. Extremely unprofessional.

Required a puncture repair. Booked over the phone and for next day. Arrived in advised time slot and carried out the repair promptly and efficiently. Happy with the service.

After suffering completely unfixable tyre damage it was SBL Tyres to the rescue. They were recommended by the RAC and they were brilliant. Quick, reliable, and provided an excellent service. This was the first time that I used SBL Mobile Tyres. The price quoted was very competitive, the call was handled very professionally. The time for the repair was adhered to. Diego the person who came to change the tyre was really very professional, knowledgeable and very prompt. He finished the job in 20 minutes and also gave tips on how to look after the tyres, what pressure should they be under in winter and summer. Thank you very much, will recommend them to anyone.

We rang SBL to attend to a punctured tyre in the middle of the Berkshire countryside late in the day. The phone was answered quickly (not always the case with some 'emergency' services) by Zak. We explained the problem, SBL had the correct tyre in stock, got to the car within the hour and fitted a decent quality new tyre. All for a very reasonable price. Thank you Zak and all at SBL for excellent service.

As a driving instructor, I've had occasion to use SBL a number of times and on every occasion they have responded quickly, turned up within the timeframe promised and replaced my tyres roadside. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
