Rick & Phil from Scarbrook arrived bang on time. They were extremely polite, kind & considerate in their discussions with my 89 year old mother. The job that they completed was excellent. The house was left so tidy & clean. You wouldn't know they'd been! Well done Phil & Rick, a credit to your profession.

Firstly we would like to apologise to Desmond for having to return 3 times to re-programme his controls. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our business and we strive to ensure we deliver the best of service first time every time. Upon completion of the installation the client was very happy (according to our customer signed records). Unfortunately the contract required a 3rd party visit post installation to engage with the client on energy saving improvements he could carry out. The re-visits were attributed to the 3rd party who duly changed the control settings which were then out of sync with the boiler. All the re-visits required were at the convenience of the client and completely free of charge.
