As Gas Safe (Formerly CORGI) registered and Worcester Boilers accredited installers, we are dedicated to providing a fast, efficient and reliable service for all you gas central heating in the Edinburgh and Lothian areas.
We have heating engineers qualified for the service, repair and installation of both domestic and commercial gas boilers and other heating appliances.
For Landlords, we also carry out Landlords Gas Safety Certification which is required by the Health & Safety Executive to be carried out annually.

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and a huge amount of the enquiries that we receive are through recommendation.

I had an older smaller bedroom radiator replaced with a larger version. The system was restored to working order then tested throughout. This company has carried out all my central heating matters for several years, including replacing an old boiler. The staff are always polite, efficient and helpful. I am always pleased with the service. It is very reassuring to know that Scotia Heating staff are reliable and friendly. Any estimates and bills are always very reasonable and acceptable. I know that Scotia respond promptly to any issues that arise. Importantly, the staff know their customers and you never feel you are dealing with an anonymous organisation.

Routine service: we have used this firm for over 40 years, initially to service our boiler in our previous house and then - some 12 years ago to install a new boiler and upgrade our central heating in our present house which they have serviced annually thereafter and have been entirely satisfied with their service.

Power flush of central heating system and replacement of one radiator. All work completed on the day agreed, and system fully operational. One small problem arose ten days later and was put right by Scotia within an hour of our contacting them.
