We employed Scott Findlay to install new boiler and upgrade heating. It was a big intrusive job but from start to finish the service was fantastic.Informative discussions at tender stage and amazing engineers who did the work on time and with minimum inconvenience going the extra mile. Would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Scott Findlay Plumbing & Heating were excellent from start to finish. My 14 year old boiler needed to be replaced in September 2018. Scott arrived on time to view the job, submitted a quote early, scheduled the work within 2 weeks, Simon did a great job on the install and Claire followed up directly afterwards to make sure all had gone well. First class service throughout.

We have nothing but praise for the service we have just received from Scott Findlay and his team. At the initial visit to quote for the installation of a new boiler, Scott gave us the benefit of his professional and technical knowledge to answer any questions we had. He was definitely an engineer first and foremost and not a salesman; in fact, he was just the opposite to the latter, making sure that we did not have more work done than was necessary! He explained everything that he would include and why he would recommend it. His quote arrived promptly and from then on, our contact with Claire and her team in the office was perfect - every question dealt with promptly in a friendly, efficient manner - nothing was ever too much trouble. On the day of the installation, Brian, their engineer, arrived exactly on time and things just got better and better. Firstly, dust sheets everywhere to protect our carpets and furnishings then Brian explained exactly what he would be doing and he worked virtually non-stop all day. When he was finished, he checked over the whole installation and made sure that we knew how all the new equipment worked. He cleared away all the old fixtures and fittings leaving everything as it should be. Brian is probably the friendliest and most helpful guy we have ever had to do any work in the house. We would most definitely recommend Scott and his team, with no hesitation and will certainly use them for any future work. Thank you to the whole team.

The great reviews here prompted me to contact Scott Findlay to ask about replacing a cracked external waste pipe (3rd floor flat) and I'm pleased to say the reviews didn't let me down! Such a great company to deal with - can't express that enough - professional, honest and great customer service. From the initial contact/discussions, through to works completion, the service and communication with everyone involved with was excellent. Highly recommend!

We required an urgent replacement of our boiler as a fault had been identified by the fault codes on the boiler which caused the boiler to shut down; this was further diagnosed as a fault within the printed circuit board and required the heating to be re-established quickly due to being in the middle of a very cold snap of weather. We had two quotes for the work - Scott Findlay's arrived to survey the work on the Monday at the time previously arranged and had the quotation issued to us on the Wednesday Scott Findlays were just over £800 pounds cheaper than the second reputable gas boiler installation Company. From the date of accepting the quote to having the boiler installed was one day( We were fortunate that another job had been cancelled and that we were treated as a priority as we had no heating and have a child under 8 years of age). The team were amazing from the point of doing the survey to arranging the quotation, payment and installing the project. All on-site employees were compliant with Covid 19 working practices and were clean and tidy from start to finish on the Job - my rating is 10 out of 10- Excellent.

Really happy with our new boiler that was installed recently by the Scott Findlay team. All the engineers were very professional and knowledgeable when I asked random plumbing and heating questions. I liked the text message to advise when engineers were arriving, who arrived on time both days and who were a delight to talk to. The boiler installation was all in time and everything went as planned. Engineer was always on time, friendly and tidy. Would highly recommend.

I used Scott Findlay Plumbing and Heating Ltd to remove a boiler and hot water tank, install a combi boiler in a different location and do various other smaller plumbing jobs. Their engineers did a great job on the timescale and at the cost agreed, they were pleasant to deal with and communicated well. The whole project was well managed and neatly and tidily executed. The customer care and communication is particularly impressive. The phone is answered quickly and by someone who knows what they are talking about. The quoting for work, scheduling visits, communicating with the customer and billing all run like clockwork. It is simply a very well run business.

We needed a replacement boiler as our old boiler was suffering. SF came out, measured everything. New boiler now in situe. great service from start to finish, everybody has been so helpful and nothing was a problem, would recommend
