I felt I was in very good hands with Sean as soon as I met him, he was so knowledgeable about the garden and explained to me, as a garden newbie, what needed to be done to make the garden servicable after moving into a new place. I really appreciated his transparency and honesty throughout the process and would definitely recommend Sean to anyone in need of a good gardener!

Sean and his team are incredible. I’ve used them multiple times now and each time the service and work is fantastic. Most recently they did a little extra work than normal cleaning up the car park behind my house. They communicated the extra charge clearly and accurately. They did a great job! Would highly recommended them!

We used InsideOut to undertake a range of garden landscaping tasks, including arranging a stump removal, putting up trellis and fencing, creating a pergola and consolidating and extending an area of porcelain paving. The service included a brief site visit to check the site and discuss our needs and plans. This was followed by a series of text messages to confirm / amend details and agree a price for the work. They were keen to emphasise their flexibility and willingness to work with us as the situation on the ground required - and were true to their word. They were also clear about how long it would be before they could commence the work, so as to set and manage expectations. The team arrived on the appointed day at the stated time and worked hard for a week to deliver all the elements of the project on time and to a good standard. They were always polite, cheerful and helpful. They consulted us at each step of the project to check and confirm details. They left the garden tidy and secure at the end of each day and cleaned up properly at the end of the week (including removal of all tools and waste / spare materials. The invoice came in at the amount quoted (we had arranged to purchase and supply most of the materials ourselves), despite some of the work requiring more time and effort than had initially been anticipated. The work undertaken exceeded our expectations We would recommend InsideOut and would use them again if we / when we need external expertise and manpower.

Inside Out was recommended by a neighbour of ours. We got our garden levelled and some landscape work done. Sean and his team, Brian, Ricky, Callum & Joey were excellent. Sean gave sound advice and his team executed the job very well. They were pleasant and completed the job in time, giving us tips and guiding us through how to look after the garden later. Very, very happy with the work they have done for us! Highly recommend them.

There was a damaged wall at the end of an alley at the back of our garden. The Inside Out team arrived, made good the site by removing the old wall and constructing a much better new wall. They did this all in one day. They were very courteous and left the site in an immaculate condition.

We had an old, cracked patio that was becoming dangerously uneven. We contacted Sean, who came and explained what could be done. It was not an easy job, but Sean took it on. The team worked hard to complete the job, digging up the original stones, levelling the area, and relaying the stones. This was completed in very hot weather! They were trustworthy and friendly, leaving a tidy site each day. Sean was always in contact with us to answer questions and kept an eye on the project. We are thrilled with the result and look forward to spending time there with our friends and family.

From the first visit to finishing the job, the guys from Inside Out were helpful, understanding of our needs and professional in all aspects of the work they did. Our patio looks amazing.

Sean and his team worked one full day to completely reorganised my courtyard garden. I was given very comprehensive advice by Sean beforehand regarding the choice of Plants which suited to be maintained into a variety of large plant pots. The outcome has been amazing. The whole team worked non-stop, were extremely helpful and always checking with me as and when needed. I will continue to use this company punctually when I need them to do the very heavy work, I am unable to do on my own. I highly recommend this company as a very reliable group, trustworthy and professional.

I found InsideOut through Which? Trusted Traders. I needed advice about making my garden safer for both myself and my dog. The bottom of the garden had swathes of Ivy, bits of rotting wood and some old plastic ground covering. I am allergic to Ivy so couldn’t do any cutting back myself. The garden had been neglected. At the other end of the garden a small patch of artificial grass needed taking up and Sean suggested that gravel here would help with drainage of what was frequently a mud slick. Jody improvised some secure unobtrusive fencing to keep the dog from getting behind a hedge where she could and probably would eat anything in sight! Brian and Jody worked really hard putting up a fence with which I am really pleased. And Jody, Brian and Ricky cemented an area at the bottom of the garden which has made all the difference to walking safely there. Jody in consultation with Sean also improvised a gently sloping platform onto the cemented area, whilst being aware of keeping a right of way through the garden clear. Sean is a good communicator and responds to texts in no time. He was very helpful with suggestions when he came to assess. I first contacted Sean on March 6th, the work was completed yesterday 17th. I have no hesitation in recommending InsideOut, they are a pleasure to have around. Lastly but importantly, as a woman it is refreshing to have men working in house/garden who are not patronising.

We found InsideOut via this website 3 weeks ago. Got a reply the next morning after we emailed them, discussed and agreed on what needed to be done (clear an overgrown garden, replace the decking and put a new turf) and didn't need to wait long before they could start. They started a week ago, worked in all weathers, and today we got a completely transformed garden. Communication was excellent all the way through. A big thank you to Sean, Brian and team!
